President Li?!

Xander was in his office, he was busy signing contract for other companies business proposal. There was a lot of paper works on his table. He was distracted by the sound of someone knocking on his office door.

"The door is not locked Li Hun."

Li Hun entered Xander's office, holding some documents. "President Li, the convention is about to hold."

Xander was still busy signing the contracts, gazing at his laptop without password paying any attention to Li Hun.

"Didn't I tell you to cancel all my appointments and meetings for today?" Xander then gave an intense gaze at Li Hun enough to cause him to shiver.

" I'm so sorry boss. I must have..."His words were cut of by Xander's cold words.

"You must have what? Forgotten right? Do you want me to give the job to someone who's more capable?" Xander gave him a cold shoulder. Li Hun didn't know where to start from in answering his boss's questions. He was heavily paid by Xander and couldn't afford to miss the job. Xander's words were as cold as ice

"..."

Xander ignored what Li Hun was about to say. Of course he was going to apologize but he didn't care.

"I'm sorry President Li."

"Go tell those old folks that I'll be with them shortly. For now hand over those documents to me." Without any hesitation, Li Hun handed over the documents of business proposals to Xander and left to deliver his boss's message.

"Business proposals?!" Xander groaned furiously while staring at the paperworks.

Who would not want to have the business god as a partner? The AL Holdings broke three records of the 'Battle of the Business gods'.

The AL Holdings gained severe awards of being the best prestigious company. Everyone wants to work for a great company where they are not only appreciated for their contribution, but they get competitive packages and benefits as well.

The AL Holdings specialize in all of these characteristics that made it to be great: Competitive pay package, job security, career growth opportunities, positive and inspiring company culture, company stability and success, strong relatable values, solid health programs, effective and transparent management.

No other company could stand against the AL Holdings and that was how Xander earned the title of the god of business. The company was established all over the country.

Li Hun entered the conference hall only to find the investors waiting patiently to see the god of business. "President Li will be with you all shortly."

After thirty minutes of waiting, he finally showed up without apologizing for wasting their time. He sat comfortably on his chair facing the investors and went straight to the point without beating around the bush.

"Why the sudden meeting?" He nonchalantly asked leaving the room with a great silence.

"President Li, we're from the Ren's Group and we decided to meet you in person so we can get to discuss with you about our business proposal." Cong Ren let the cat out of the bag while the others nodded in approval.

"Let me go through your company's file." Cong Ren handed over the file to Xander who was displeased while staring at it. "What!" He exclaimed making Cong Ren and the other investors to look at each other not knowing the reason behind Xander exclamation. "The Ren's Group has ran out of cash?"

Cong Ren cursed inwardly, he failed to hide that detail from Xander. He never knew he couldn't outsmart the business god.

"Not exactly, President Li." Cong Ren tried outsmart Xander in order for Xander to believe his words.

"Then are you trying to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about." Xander said almost yelling.

"I'm sorry President Li. That's not what I meant." Cong Ren has failed again, big time. He bowed his head in disappointment.

"You want the AL Holdings to be partners with the Ren's Group because of what, the companies wealth? Are you that greedy or selfish?" Xander was already furious.

He tried to control his anger but he could not. His fear was that he didn't want his fiery red eyes to be shone to the public. If that happens he would appear on the country's newspapers.

Xander was struggling with his self. The investors all starred at him with a blank face. Li Hun was utterly speechless. What was Xander doing? Why was he talking to himself?

Cong Ren didn't dare to break the silence. Xander stood up and ran out of the conference hall while the investors eyes followed him. Xander needed to calm down. He couldn't believe The Ren's Group wanted to take advantage of the Al's Holdings.

Xander went back to the gathering and sat properly like a gentleman. He pretended as if nothing happened. He cleared his throat for Cong Ren to speak.

"I just wanted to pay for the Ren's Group debt and save the company from being bankrupt." Cong Ren was trying to prove to President Li that he was not being greasy or selfish.

Cong Ren's words were like unpleasant to Xander's ears and Xander couldn't help but get angry. Cong Ren didn't know the penalty for spitting out trash in front of President Li.

"President Li?!"

Xander hissed with annoyance and hit the boardroom table with his fist. "You still have the guts to say that to my face."

Sweats are already playing their role on Cong Ren's forehead, forming dots. The other investors couldn't help Cong Ren in his present condition. They were all afraid of Xander and imagined what his workers were going through under his rule.

Xander might be scary but his employees never lacked a bit. He was the best boss to them only if they knew their place and not cross their boundaries.

"Leave this instant and never your face to the whole of AL Holdings." Xander snapped and before the blink of an eye they all ran for their lives.
