CHAPTER THREE

Prince Oranmiyan's POV

This girl sure is interesting, he had thought he had few more years to enjoy his bachelor hood but kojoh his father decided it was time to be married, he is just 23!! baami let me enjoy my life. There are still sweet looking maidens willing to give themselves to him not like he cant  have them but after all he just got married. He knew he had a Bethrode somewhere but he paid zero to no attention to it. He looked at his wife and unconsciously smiled, if it were for looks she definitely did not loose out to Adeola, he really wants to see her without that head scarf acting as veil also. Her eyes were behind the veil were large making one want to fall in. His heart was beating erratically as he regarded her. He had teased her to see her reaction and she acted as if she doesn't care. She was not like Orisatuwo who would have acted coy and seductive hmmm...he will definitely miss that girl. Whenever her parents came to visit she would sneak to his room, even if they had not had sex after all she was a princess, they had done other things. He returned his gaze back to his wife and saw that she was playing with the bead on her wrist. He wants to know what she was thinking in that long head of hers. He likes the way she carries herself like a queen already hmmm let's see how this goes....

Moremi's POV

It was now time for the couple to move to their room as the royal elders and the chief priests prayed for them. They stood outside the door as both couples went inside. It was customary for the parents of the girl and boy to be present to bear witness of her being an Omidan ( virgin )

Moremi's heart was frantic as she stood beside the beautiful bed that has been arranged for them. Her husband removed his Agbada ( an attire) and his ilekes ( royal beads). She was just standing there nervously all what she was taught flew out the window.

He walked up to her and spoke her name

Moremi mi ( my Moremi) as he started to undress her gently as if she could break.

By the time he was done she was definitely dancing in his hands.

He went outside and showed the proof to them as her parents heaved a sigh of relief. They all returned back to their quarters leaving the young couple to themselves.
