Nuru entered the room with an air of confidence, flanked by two maids who dutifully stopped at the door. Her gaze swept over the figures of Vaises and Udora, who were deep in conversation. She strode towards them and cleared her throat to get their attention. As they turned to face her, she flashed a brilliant smile that lit up the room.
Udora stopped talking and saw Nuru come in.
Vaises caught sight of her and greeted her warmly, "Mother."
As soon as she came, she said to Vaises, "Son, aren't you getting bored staying here all day? Go and relax for a while."
Vaises was puzzled by her abrupt request but hesitated to disobey his father's silent order.
Seeing him stare at his father, she said, "You don't need to pay attention to your father. You have already done enough for that tribe thing."
"Go on, dear." "I have to talk to your father here," she approached them and sat beside Vaises.
