The Five Leagues of Angel Faction's plan to siege and invade Sin City was kept a tight secret—an idea that Qin Ruo, Majestic Hero, Netherclaw, Scarlet Bauhinia and Black God came up together. They made sure that only Clan Leaders, Vice Clan Leaders, and a few Field Commanders knew about it.

In order to make sure that there were no obstacles along the way, the Five Leagues had assigned hundreds of Winged Archers, Warriors, Elementalists, and Bandits to clear out enemies, whether specters or Demon Faction players on the path towards Sin City. Even though these Winged Champions did not know the exact reason why they were assigned, they were more than happy to oblige—it was the first huge joint operation of the new Five Leagues. In lieu of this, everyone was eager to complete their tasks accordingly with full commitment.
