Targon would use his powers to slow down time for Stendhal's forces while speeding up time mentally for the soldiers in order to help improve their train, Targon would also use his power of time to create a time bubble around the territories of all the dragons races, the reason Targon created the time bubble was to accelerate the progress of the soon to be dragon nation, the time bubble would accelerate time by months so that by Time Stendhal's forces arrive Targon and his allies would be ready for them, to the nations allied with the dragon only twenty four days had passed but for the dragons it has been two years since Targon put up the time bubble, Targon and the dragon have successfully developed the new dragon nation which Targon would name the Marshal State of New Draconia then would drop the new flag of New Draconia which was a white flag with a black dragon rising from multicolored ashes which all the dragon found it very fitting. The next tasked would plan out which would also be the first mission of a lot of New Draconia's soldiers who are being lead by the Drachenritters, Targon would order his troops gather certain people who turn out to carry sinful desires which was revealed by a Primestone which glowed dark colours based on what ever sin lurked in ones heart which would lead Targon to quote Nicolai Machiavelli the prince, after hear Targon's story in the human world the Dragoons and the people who came with Targon when he returned home understood what Targon was about to order which the Drachenritters would volunteer to carry out Targon's order. Targon would then order the execution of the people who carry sinful desires in their hearts who Targon order to be round up. Targon would then create a second time bubble all of the allied nation so the dragon can help them develop to a level close to New Draconia level of military and technology, for three in the second time bubble Targon would help every nation allied with New Draconia during which. Targon would also over see the completion of New Draconia's new capital of Aurathar name after the Aurathon which the people of New Draconia would find it to be a perfect name for the new fortress city. Targon would then lift the time bubble and would send messages to the Draconian military and the allied nations that it was time to ready themselves for battle.
