Chapter 2 Reunification of the Dragons Part 1 Sea Serpents

After exiting Daeneria's Targon's allies would ask him what is he going to do to which Targon would say that is going to begin the reunification of the dragons which made all the dragons curious to which Targon answered firstly Targon would change dragons like himself and his allies race name to Dragoon. Targon allies had no problem with it, then everyone would then realize what Targon meant when he said reunification of the dragons. Targon was going to make request for aid from the Sea Serpents, Wyrms, Drakes and Wyverns to which the dragoons had concerns about reason being the Sea Serpants have been self opposed isolation for centuries, the Wyrms and Drakes have not gotten along for centuries as for the Wyverns they and the renamed Dragoons have been rivals for centuries, the Dragoon would ask Targon how was going to recruit the other dragon races to which Targon explain he and Draconis will travel to the homes of the four dragon races, after hearing Targon's plan the Dragoons understood and would agree with Targon's plan. Before Targon and Draconis departure Draconis would explain that once the dragon reunification they can not return to the days of the dragon clans which made the Dragoons curious, to which Draconis explains that Proud Warrior Races like dragons are doomed to face extinction which shocked everyone but Draconis would say there hope for the dragons, Draconis would say thay the only why for the dragons to survive maybe even thrive is for them to become a something new which Targon states that a dragon marshal state is what the dragons need to become, everyone became curious about the marshal state which lead them to ask Targon what is it to which he will explain after the mission. Targon and Draconis would arrive at the underwater city of Sea Serpents called Aquaria. As Targon and Draconis were about to enter the city they were stoped by some city guards who are speak Serpiri a branch off language of Dragiri, back when he was still a child Targon one of the lessons Draconis was learn to speak the other dragon languages which included Serpiri. The guards were surprised to learn that the surface dwellers in front of them speak Serpiri this would lead the guards to bring Targon and Draconis to the meet the rulers of the Sea Serpents, Targon and Draconis would meet the ruler of the Sea Serpents who is called Ouroborian, Targon and Draconis would then greets Ouroborian in Serpiri which shocked Ouroborian and everyone else in the throne room. Ourborian would ask the two surface dwellers who are they and why are they here to which they introduce them as Targon Dracirian which shocked everyone in the throne room because they had heard that clan Dracirian was wiped out centuries ago, then as Draconis was about to introduce himself an elder Serpent named Jormungandar immediately calling out Dragonis name to which Draconis was surprised to see Jormungandar who was a one of the Sea Serpents 

 when Draconis ruled the dragons. After hearing Draconis name Ouroborian asked if Draconis is who Jormungandar says he is to which Targon state that it is true to which Jormungandar confirms it. Ouroborian then asks what is Targon relationship with Draconis to which Draconis states that Targon is his true heir which shocked everyone in the throne room. Ouroborian would then ask them both why they are here to which Targon answered to ask for their help to which Ouroborian would say that your timing could not be worst because the Serpents dealing with some internal problems, when Targon asked what kind of problems, Ouroborian would state that this is not his problem but then Targon would reply saying that since the Sea Serpents a part of the dragon race thus any problem that arises for any of the dragons is Targon problem, after hearing Targon's response to Ouroborian statement. Targon would ask Ouroborian what kind of internal problem are the Sea Serpents to which Jormungandar would explain that Ouroborian brother Leviathar has been causing some trouble, when Targon asked why Leviathar is causing trouble which Jormungandar would explain that Leviathar has become discontent with his brother rule believing that Ouroborian is not fit to rule because Ouroborian has keep to tradition by have the Sea Serpents in isolation, Jormungandar would state that Leviathar has an ambitious some would say a warmonger. Jormungandar would also explain that Leviathar has been gathering followers and have been growing restless. Targon would ask to meet with Leviathar current location and then would ask Ouroborian if he deal with Leviathar will you hear out his request which Ouroborian agree to Targon's deal. Ouroborian summon his brother to the throne room which Leviathar would answer the summon, after entering the throne room Leviathar asked why he was summoned then noticed two surface dwellers in the throne room to which Ouroborian would explain that the two surface dwellers are visitors. Targon would explain that he came to ask the Sea Serpents for aid against the demons which got the attention of everyone in the room. Targon would then learned that the Sea Serpents are in a way still recovering from the demons invasion which is the reason behind Leviathar behaviour because during the demon invasion Ikuchiar and Oilliphéist the previous rulers of the Sea Serpents Ouroborian and Leviathar parents who were killed during the war. Targon would then explain the demons are the reason why Targon was here which would getting very interested in what Targon wats to request but before he could Targon would state that Leviathar will not be able to avenge his parents with his current weak state, after hearing Targon call him weak Leviathar would try to attack Targon in an enrage state then suddenly some red spikes came out of Leviathar arms shocking everyone in the room which would lead them all to ask the two surface dwellers to which Jormungandar introdcues Draconis and his heir Targon, Targon would explained how and where did those red spikes come from which surprised everyone then Draconis would explain as his true heir Targon can control all nine elements shocking everyone. Targon would then state that Grogar is alive which would anger Jormungandar then Targon explain that Grogar is the demon king. Targon would explain what Grogar's plan which was to wipe out all dragons and ponies, hear Targon reason for asking the Sea Serpents for aid which Jormungandar would now urge Oilliphéist to accept Targon's request, after thinking it over Oilliphéist would agree to Targon request, Jormungandar would then ask Targon and Draconis are they here to call in the oaths to which Draconis confirms.
