"Do you hear me, Myra," her mother jotted her out of her thoughts.

Myra took in a deep breath as she made her decision. She wouldn't tell her mother about where she was currently staying because she doesn't want to worry her. Her mother might even implicate matters.

"I won't be able to go to work, mom," she decided to be open about this. It would be bad if she heard from Amal or the rest later on.

"Oh My! Has it affected it already?" His mother was so worried. Well, there was nothing either party could do. Even Kevin was trying his best.

"Mom, the company held some charges against me and they still do. I'm just out of this temporarily because of Kevin. And well, we have to work this out together so I can get back to work quickly or," Myra sighed, unable to proceed.

Her mother understood her right away. " It's ok, I just hope this settles on time. You should take care of yourself and eat very well. I will visit you soon."
