Kiss from the boss
"Jonas!" Myra was a bit surprised to see him, especially after talking to him on the phone just now. "What a pleasant surprise."
They both laughed.
She glanced at the paper bag in his hands. "What're you doing here?"
"I asked first." Jonas waggled his brows. "You know what? I think the stars are on my side today."
"Why?"
He smiled down at her."I was wishing you would join our dinner tonight and then boom! I met you here.
Myra burst into a low laughter.
Just then, Kevin walked out of the restaurant after he was done clearing the bills. He came face to face with Myra laughing with someone.
He froze when he saw that it was Jonas.
What was that man doing here?
"I was here to-"
"Isn't that your Boss?" Jonas cut Myra off
"Huh?" Myra twirled to see Kevin standing there with a slight frown on his face.
"We were here to discuss the results of the investigation." She turned back to face Jonas.
