Early bird
Myra arrived at the office quite early on Monday, a huge smile on her face.
Doctor Anis had come around to visit Mum yesterday, she had been out of the country when Mum had the surgery and Myra didn't want to burden her unnecessarily with their issues.
But she was quite happy when the doctor came around to check on her after Mum told her all that happened. After scolding her endlessly for neglecting her health, Anis offered to get some more supplements for her.
Myra was glad her mother had a friend like that.
She dropped her bag on that table and quickly went to get coffee for Kevin, before picking up the appointment journal and making her way to his office.
"Why the fuck are you doing this? What the hell is your problem, huh?" Kevin's voice echoed from within the office, just before Myra could place a knock on the door.
She could tell he was angry with the way he spoke.
