Doubting girlfriend
"Sir," Myra stuttered.
Kevin suddenly snapped back to reality. He steadied her on the ground and quickly let her go at once. Clearing his throat, he ran his hands through his hair and looked away.
Why was he so distracted when she was about to fall? He knew however. He was watching Myra so closely the other time, her lips, her eyes and they all seemed appealing to him.
The files were lying on the floor and he quickly bent to pick it just at the same time as Myra made to pick it.
Kevin cleared his throat andbstraightened himself, letting her pick it up instead.
Myra bowed,took the files and turned around to walk through the door.
"Where do you think you're going?" His voice halted her in her steps.
Twirling to face him in shock, Myra gaped at him. Wasn't he the one that just asked her to go out the door and walk back in?
"You just asked me to," she started innocently.
