Couple Hoodies and Couple Rings

"Can we go there?" Ichika pointed at a certain clothing store and Riku nodded while smiling. She smiled and pulled his hand gently, feeling excited to look at the hoodies displayed behind the glass windows.

They are currently at the mall and just finished having lunch at a fastfood restaurant. She let his hand go for a while and got the large dark grey hoodie hanging on the rack. She loves hoodies and she got a little collection of it. Having a few more will not hurt her though.

"Why are you taking the large ones? There are smaller sizes." He said and he got a smaller size for her. She bit her lower lip and shook her head.

"I prefer the larger sizes. It is more comfortable to wear." She answered and got the next size to the large ones. He hummed softly and looked around to see if he want he can buy.

She watched him take hoodies with different designs and she finally saw the right size for him. With his body size, she got the next size of the one she is holding. She hugged it in her arms and then, she got another but a smaller one for her. She blushed at the thought of them wearing the couple hoodies. She immediately went to the counter and paid for the ones she got. After receiving the paper bag, she saw him with a few hoodies he chose for himself.

"I got you some. It will look good on you." She watched him pay for the ones he got and after that, they left the store already.

They strolled around and before they go home, they went to a jewelry store. She waited for him outside, thinking on how she will give the hoodie she bought for him.

"It will look good on him." She mumbled and Riku went out of the jewelry store with a small paper bag.

"You're done?" She asked and he nodded his head. He took the small box from the paper bag and opened it, showing two diamond-studded rings.

"Will you be my girlfriend, Gia?" Her eyes widened while staring at the rings. Riku didn't wait for her answer anymore and he got the smaller ring to slide it on her finger.

He smiled widely when it fits. It is perfectly fitted to her finger. He got the remaining one and put it on his finger. She can't believe that they are already an official couple. He held her hand tightly and placed a kiss on the back of hers.

"Riku, I'm not yet answering you." She said while they are walking. He stopped for a while and looked at her. She started to feel nervous now that his face is so serious.

"I mean.. I have something for you." She mumbled and then, she took the larger dark grey hoodie from the paper bag.

"Here. This is for you." Her cheeks are blushing when she handed the hoodie. Riku got it and he smiled widely.

"I’m so happy. Thank you." It is her first time to see him that happy like he is a little kid. He removed the tag from the hoodie and wore it. It is the right size. She got the right size for him.

She blushed harder when she got the smaller ones from the paper bag. This made him realize that those are couple hoodies. He laughed softly and now, she is feeling shy. He got it from her and he removed the tag as well. He helped her wear it and before she can even say anything, he stole a peck from her lips.

It's been a week since Ichika became Riku's girlfriend. The couple is currently at her apartment and watching some movies together. She snuggled closer to him and she felt his hug getting tight around her.

"What do you want for dinner?" She asked when she saw that it is almost five in the afternoon. He got the remote control and paused the movie for a while.

"What do you want to eat? Are you lazy to cook tonight?" He asked and she pouted, nodding her head. He took his phone from the coffee table and gave it to her.

"Order online. Choose whatever you want to eat." He said and he played the movie already. She puffed her cheeks and started searching for a good restaurant.

"Do you want iced coffee?" She asked and he nodded. She clicked the iced coffee and ordered two of it. She continued on scrolling and saw the meals they are offering.

"Let's have fried chicken. This one looks good." She smiled and she ordered a box of it. It includes two servings of rice and some side dishes. She got it all for reservation and noted that it should be delivered ten minutes before seven.

Riku left a kiss on Ichika's forehead before opening the door behind him. After finishing dinner they ordered online, he already decided to go back to his apartment.

"I'll go home now. You should sleep already right after this. It is past nine now." She nodded her head while looking at him. He left more kisses on her temples and then, he pecked her lips.

"Take care. Send me a message when you're already home." She is already feeling sleepy since her eyes are also tired from watching movies. She rested her head on his chest and they stood at the doorway for a few minutes, only hugging each other in silence.

Ever since they became a couple, Riku became more caring and considerate. She is feeling like a princess. He may be annoying sometimes but she always feels like melting when she's with him. What more if they are already married? Wait. Will she even get married to him? She remembered her goal. She wants to finish her degree first before getting married.

She closed and locked the door when Riku finally left. She checked all the appliances if already turned off and after that, she turned the lights off and went to the bedroom. She hugged the pillow besides her and drifted to sleep.
