Next Morning

Izuku woke up as the sun beamed through his window. It was quiet, the city was quiet, his apartment was quiet, and it all felt so weird.

Getting up Izuku went to the restroom before going into the kitchen. There he found his mother sitting at the kitchen table looking at a photo. "Mom?" Inko turned. "Everything alright?"

Inko nodded, "Yes everything is fine, just thinking about your father that's all."

Izuku took a seat beside Inko and noticed that it was a photo of the three of them together. "Do you remember this? You were 8 years old when we took you to the amusement park." Inko laughed, "You were so scared of going on any rides that we spent the entire day walking around and eating food."

Izuku smiled, "Yeah I remember. I ate so much popcorn that I felt sick."

"You even threw up a couple of times." Said Inko. "But even then we enjoyed ourselves. We were a family. I miss your father so much, Izuku."

Izuku hugged his mother, "I miss him too mom. But he's always watching us from up there. I just know he is."

"Yeah, I guess you're right. Now, let's have breakfast. There isn't much with all the stores closed, but I think I can make something." Izuku smiled as he watched his mother move about in the kitchen.

But as they waited their doorbell suddenly rang. "Who can that be?" Asked Inko.

Izuku stood up, "I'll get that mom."

Going over to the door Izuku expected to find someone standing there, but once he opened the door there was no one. Instead Izuku found a package in front of the door.

Picking it up, Izuku closed the door and went inside. "Hey mom, did you order something?" Asked Izuku.

"No, why?" Asked Inko from the kitchen.

Izuku looked at the label on the package and noticed it was for him. "Did I order something and forget?"

But that's when Izuku noticed who it was from. His heart began to beat rapidly as he read the name, Melissa Shield.

Running into his room Izuku felt sick as he threw the package onto his bed. "No, no, no….it can't be her. Can it?"

Grabbing the package, Izuku began to tear into it. As he ripped the packaging something fell out of it. Reaching down Izuku picked up a letter and began to read it out loud. "Dear Izuku, it's been a while hasn't it? I'm sure you're wondering if it's really me, yes. It's really me, you're old friend Melissa Shield. You hurt my feelings Izuku. How could you throw me into something you had no idea what it was. Maybe I should punish you a bit, or maybe I should do to you what you did to me. But that wouldn't be any fun, no, in the meantime I'll give you this, a little something to remember me by."

Looking into the package Izuku pulled out his costume, but it was in Melissa's red color. "Damn you Melissa."

Izuku then went back to the letter, "You're also probably wondering why this place is all wrong. Well if you want to find that out, you'll just have to find me. Until then I'll keep myself busy here. Love, Melissa."

As he finished up reading the letter Izuku crumpled it up and threw it to the side. "So this is your fault Melissa! You're the reason why this time is fucked up. I swear, I will find you and make you tell me what you did!"

"Izuku! Are you packed yet? We leave for the countryside tomorrow morning." yelled Inko.

Looking down at the suit Izuku sighed, "I'm sorry mom, but I won't be going with you. In order to set everything like how it was I have to find Melissa."

Making his way back to the destroyed UA Shirakumo jumped off of his cloud. Walking through the deserted halls he made his way towards gym gamma. Stopping in the middle of the gym, Shirakumo took a deep breath, "Plus Ultra."

That's when the floor of the gym began to shift, as it did the ground underneath Shirakuma began to sink. That's when we see that it was actually a platform that was going down. Once a few meters down the platform stopped, stepping off it the lights suddenly turned on. As Shirakuma walked, the wall was seen plastered with pictures of the fallen heroes, each and every single one of them, it was a memorial.

Stopping in front of a computer screen Shirakuma began to type, before long the screen turned on and out appeared a sign that said outgoing call. "Come on, please be still out there."

After a minute of waiting the screen changed, 2 shadowy figures then appeared. "Well well well, if it isn't the survivor. What do you want?" asked one of the figures, from the outline you could tell this person had a large amount of muscle. "You better not be asking us to go after AFO, it's not happening."

Shirakuma smirked, "After what I'm about to tell you, you might want to reconsider. The game has changed guys, it's time we counter attack."

One of the figures stepped into the light partially illuminating his face, but Shirakuma could see it was a prosthetic eye. "I'm listening."

The other shadow didn't go into the light but you could see the faintest outline of what looked like a long beak, almost like a mask. "If you called us then that means you're already thinking of a way to win. I'll listen as well."

Shirakuma nodded, "I am, but our success rests on one single kid. All I need from you is to be ready when I call."
