Chapter Seventeen: New Strength

We cut to Nighteye as he confronts Overhaul "Just me and you,nowhere to run" Nighteye says as activates he rushes in to try and fight Overhaul who then jumps back as he puts his hand on the ground creating a wall then "Not on my watch!" Jeff yells as he speeds in with both of his swords. He then slices the walk into pieces allowing Nighteye, Mrio and the others to confront him. "That's where you're wrong. I'm not running," Overhaul said as he took his gloves off "Come,if any of you think you can take me then step forward" Overhaul said as Mirio launched himself towards Overhaul. "You sick freak!" Mirio said as he  went to try and punch Overhaul in the face "Wrong move boy" Overhaul as he went to try and grab Mirio but was met with Mirio passing right through him "His quirk is called permeation,it allows him to phase certain or even his entire body through solid objects,as long as Mirio can grab Eri and get out of here we won't have to worry about pulling our punches so that we don't hurt her" Nighteye said as Mirio phased through Overhaul and grabbed Eri "Got you,your safe with me now " Mirio said to Eri as he was met with Overhaul about to grab his face. "Crap,i can't phase and grab Eri at the same time," Mirio thought as Jeff noticed his dilemma "I got you" Jeff yelled as he sped in and kicked Overhaul in the side "I'll hold him off" Jeff said as Overhaul annoyed as he went to try and grab him. "Just for that you're going first" Overhaul said as Jeff flipped backwards away from him as he looked at Izuku "Little help here,i have no idea what his quirk does and he doesn't seem like the one to stop and explain it to me,so if you could help with that i'd be grateful" Jeff said as he then rushed in at Overhaul going for his legs "Nope" a man in a black gown and a crow mask said as he pulled out a revolver and shot at Jeff with a barrel full of quirk erasing bullets "Woah!" Jeff yelled as he barely got scraped by the bullet "Going somewhere" Overhaul said as Jeff noticed he stopped short because of the bullet "Oh no" Jeff said as Izuku ran in with full cowling 15% and punched Overhaul in the face. "Like you said we can't take any kind of risk,we have no idea what he can do and with his accomplice back there shooting at us this makes this situation even more dangerous" Izuku said as Overhaul jumped back. We cut to Mirio as he is helping her out of the building when he is placed in a separate room by Overhaul using his quirk  "The exit should be near,you can go and find someone who can help you!" Mrio said as he was sucked into a room with nothing in it. Overhaul, feeling that Mirio is in another room calling out for Eri using one of his subordinates' quirk as a megaphone "Eri,are you really going to run away and let everyone die again?How heartless can you be? Be a good girl and come back" Overhaul said as to everyone's surprise she walked back into the room everyone was fighting. "Good girl,now stand right here" Overhaul said as Eri slowly walked towards him with tears in her eyes "No!" Jeff said as he then rushed at Overhaul "Izuku grab Eri and get out of here!" Jeff yelled as Izuku was shot at as the man in the black gown "Don't even think about it" The man said as Maddix then ran in the room "What are all of you doing,he's right there, help Jeff fight him!" Maddix said angrily as Nighteye began to tell him to read the situation "If you would stop being so hot headed and read the room you'd see the support Overhaul has and why it's difficult to act" Nighteye said as Maddix then looked at Xero "What's your excuse?" Maddix said to Xero as he then looked at Maddix "Even if i tried to snap my fingers or moved he would shoot everyone here except me and Overhaul,and although i can just bring everyone back messing with fate and timelines is something that's complicated even for me,plus i'm tired and you guys need to stop expecting me to fix all of your problems for you,your heroes just like me so take care of yourselves,one day there might be something that not even i can handle and then if you guys can't take care of yourselves we'd all be screwed" Xero said as Maddix calmed down "Your right,i'm sorry" Maddix said as Jeff was grabbed by Overhaul "Your a quick one but not quick enough'' Overhaul said as he noticed the Sclash Driver on Jeff's waist "That's interesting,i wonder what happens if i do this" Overhaul said as he then grabbed it and began to destroy it "SCLASH DRIVER CRITICALLY DAMAGED" The Sclash Driver as it began to crack and spark violently until it exploded launching Overhaul and Jeff back "Jeff! Are you alright?" Izuku yelled as he caught Jeff "Yeah,i'm fine but the Sclash Driver is totally destroyed,luckily i'm not out of options" Jeff said as he Activated his Armament Haki and grabbed his swords "Here's the plan,me you and Maddix rush in different directions,Maddix you go for the sniper up there,Izuku you grab Eri,I'll try my best to hold off Overhaul,it seems like he has a destruction based quirk,from what we've seen he can manipulate the terrain and destroy things by touching them" Jeff says to Maddix and Izuku "Sir,i need you to be my eyes,if you have a quirk that can help me out with that then now would really be the time to share that" Jeff said to Nighteye as we then cut to Kirishima and Rappa duking it out. "Aghhhh!" Kirishima yelled as Rappa was launching a barrage of punches as he was clashing with punches of his own "You're really strong,how long can you keep this up for!" Rappa yelled as Kirishima looked at his hands as some of his hardening was breaking and exposing a bit of muscle "Crap! This is everything that I have and it's just barely enough to keep him at bay." Kirishima thinks to himself as he puts his guard up as Rappa starts his assault of punches "My arms are starting to feel numb and my legs feel like their going to give out" Kirishima thinks to himself as pieces of his hardening start breaking off "Is there someone you love back at home?!" Fatgum yells at Kirishima as he looks back confused and in pain "What?" Kirishima asks as Fatgum asks it again "Well although this isn't the time to say this,there is this girl i really like,she's really pretty and if I make it out of this alive i'm planning on asking her out,but right now I don't think i'll ever get the chance" Kirishima says as a tear falls out of his eye "DON'T SAY THAT! You're going to make it out of this alive,I promise you. I won't let you die on my watch. And I bet you that the girl you like really wants you to live as well" Fatgum yells at Kirishima as thoughts of Mina start to fill his mind and heart "You're right! You're right! I'm going to survive this, I can't die here, and to do that i need to go beyond" Kirishima says to himself as he yelled "PLUS ULTRA, UNBREAKABLE DIAMOND" Kirishma shouts as his hardening is shot up to a new level making his skin as hard as diamond "What's this?!" Rappa yelled as his fists began to bleed as his punches became too weak to break Kirishima's hardening. Rappa's combo then ended as Kirishima prepared to punch him as Hari put a barrier around Rappa "This won't stop me!" Krishima shouted as he began to punch at the barrier "It's useless,this barrier is meant to take Rappa's punches for four days straight,Nothing you can do will break it" Hair said as steam began to come from Fatgum as he slimmed down considerably as a yellow glowing aura began to form around his fist. Kirishima then looked back to see Fatgum with abs "Oh my god you're fit!" Kirishima said as Fatgum ignored the comment for the moment "I'll be the one to decide that,all of those punches I took weren't just for protecting Kirishima. I was storing the Fat and Kinetic energy from all the punches and food I ate for a moment like this" Fatgum said as he then ran towards the barrier "PLUS ULTRA,KINETIC FIST!" Fatgum said as he punched the barrier as Kirishima sped up the amount of punches he was throwing to add on to the assault. "HARI, LET ME OUT THE BARRIER WON'T HOLD!" Rappa said as the barrier shattered at the force of the punch "All yours now!" Kirishima shouted as his skin went back to normal,he then dropped from exhaustion. "Thank you Kirishima," Fatgum said as he punched Rappa in the stomach, making him cough as the force of the punch launched him at Hari "Oh no!" Hari said as Rappa crashed into him knocking them both out. Fatgum then looked at Kirishima whose arms were badly injured and picked him up as he smiled "This is the kind of dedication and spirit i need at my agency,Kirishima welcome to the Fatgum Gym Agency" Fatgum thought to himself as he then ran full speed into one of the walls and busted a hole in it allowing them to escape the room. We then cut back to Jeff and the group as Nighteye explained his quirk to them "My quirk is called foresight. It allows me to see into the future for five minutes. The time varies how far in the future i look" Nighteye said to Jeff as he activated his quirk "I can use this only once a day,so don't waste any movements" Nighteye said as Jeff,Izuku,and Maddix faced forward as Overhaul recovered from the explosion "Well that was unexpected,In any case are you ready to die,cause i'm just about done here" Overhaul said angrily "As long as i'm still breathing you won't kill another person" Jeff said as he drew his swords and rushed at Overhaul with them "How is he still this fast!?" Overhaul thinks to himself as he moved to the side and went to grab Jeff's arm. "He's going to grab your arms,move now!" Nighteye said as Jeff jumped back and sliced at Overhaul's hands 'Nope!" Overhaul said as he grabbed his swords coated in Haki and destroyed them. "How!,you shouldn't be able to break through that!" Jeff says as Overhaul grabs his face "My quirk allows me to destroy and reshape everything I touch," Overhaul says as Jeff sticks his hand out in fear of dying "Oh crap,Oh no,Not here,Why," Jeff thinks as he closes his eyes as electricity begins to crackle around his arms and then his entire body as a blast of electricity comes from his hands launching Overhaul back.
