Chapter 4

Finally fresh air, I don't remember how long I was there.I realized there is no house near this but then I see an old pick-up truck. I got it hot wired and drove it all the way to the road making sure to place marks of where the metal cargo box is, so the cops can find it . I drove all the way, until I spotted one of those old Diners they have in movies. I stopped there and walked in quickly. The diner lady looked up quickly and the horror that grew on her face was kind of amusing.

"Holy crap!" She said "Arthur you better get in here we have a problem." She added without taking her eyes off me.

She asked a million questions. We answered the ones she asked, and told her some more of the stuff that happened. Next thing I noticed the other man who I guess was 'Arthur' came in with tomato soup and grilled cheese. I ate it all. The cops shortly arrived and took me home, after asking a million of the same questions.

"What day is it?" I asked the cops

"November 17, oh you're that girl that was reported on August 17?" The cops replied

"Holy crap, I was gone for 4 months"

I thought I finally got to see my family, Vixen, and Wyatt. My family all at once came up to me and hugged me like I was dead. Everyone was crying. Mark's family was there, waiting for their son. I had to tell them what happened in gruesome detail. Wyatt came up to me with the biggest tear running down his face. I took my thumb and whipped it away. He did the same thing but instead of whipping it on his shirt he whipped it on my forehead and said "Simba '' he chuckled at the wall he did it, I chuckled too. The cops told my parents that it would be safer if i stead with someone not on the street because he might come and get me again. I suggested Wyatt.

Mom was hesitant but she said "yes".

When I got my stuff from my house, the cops drove me there. When I got there. I had my stuff like a blanket, pillow, clothes, etc. It was 6:30 pm and Wytt's mom got dinner done. We ate and I fell asleep as soon as I fell on the pillow.
