Chapter 27: I kissed her, not molested her!

IT DIDN'T WORK.

Em's crazy plan didn't work as they thought it would. Heck, in a way they didn't even got a chance to see whether they could implement her crazy plan or not.

When Ram thought about the plan after he failed miserably to convince others, he realized how crazy her plan sounded.

It was all too good to be rue.

A wishful thinking.

But Em had been fairy optimistic about her plan and she thought it would work.

They hadn't taken all the Elder's opinions into consideration when they devised the plan.

And now…

Ram sighed.

He was so excited about how it would look like once this plan worked. Like how he would hold Sandhya in his arms, kiss her, intertwine his hands with hers and walk along the park in the evening enjoying the sunset.

He even imagined how it would look like others staring at him, the dull looking simpleton, having an amazing girlfriend like Sandhya.

Ram was angry at himself. How the heck he hadn't thought all of this were simply his dreams that would never come true?

This was what happened on the day Ram was expecting to implement his plan.

He called for all of them, with the intention to mention that he had a plan with him, an amazing one and that would work for sure. That would help him train his powers as well as the fact that they could monitor him as much as they liked.

He looked at their faces and realized that they were not as excited about their plan as Ram was expecting they would be. They were looking at him as if he were wasting their precious time, but Ram was so excited about the plan that he completely ignored them.

"I have an amazing plan with me and that was bound to work for sure. Do you want to listen to it?" Ram asked.

They didn't answer.

Not even a single one of them.

Finally, Aunt El sighed. "Go on," she said with fake cheerful voice.

If it had came from anyone else, he wouldn't have thought about it much. But it was his aunt he was talking about and Ram realized that something was wrong.

But he was still in high spirits after imagining how he would be with Sandhya after all of his plans were executed and continued. "After considering all the factors involved, I device a beautiful plan. And I am sure that you would love every single bit of it. I will first train with Chandra alone to get used to my powers. I think this would be the best choice as I am a beginner in terms of how to control my powers and going against him might be helpful. And I also took Sandhya into consideration as she was more powerful than Chandra.

"Next I will train with both Chandra and Sandhya, making sure that they would use their powers in such a way that it was slightly more powerful than what he had faced while training with Chandra alone, but their powers divided equally between both of them. Since they know each other so well, I think they would be able to do it.

"And finally, I will train with Sandhya alone. She will use more power than previos time and we will repeat this process again and again till I would be able to take one of them in a one-on-one battle and finally I will train with both of them, with all of their powers included. What do you think?" He asked.

"I disagree. I am all OK with both of us training alone. But involving Sandhya in it and that too with both of you alone for some time? No, she has much responsibility to fill in, more places to appear to calm the crowd. Have you forgotten the fact that Elder of Time was still missing? Besides, I don't believe her claims of knowing where the Elder of Time is right now. She was just imagining things. I don't want her to involving in matters that would waste her time," he said.

Elder of Air sighed. "I see where you are going with this. Both of you. Ram, just because I am no longer scared of you doesn't mean I will allow to all of your schemes. Did you think that you could use this training as an opportunity to get closer to my daughter?" She asked.

Ram shook his head.

"Chandra, even though your explanation was good, anyone could know that you are doing this to prevent Sandhya from spending time with him. But … it seemed like you were afraid of him. Aren't you confident that you could take him down? He was not even worthy when it came to Powers of Time. Besides my daughter loves you and only you. Not him. Have you forgotten how she reacted after he molested her?" She asked.

"I kissed her, not molested her!" Ram said.

"Oh! You have really enlightened us. But just to make sure, let me analyze your actions till now. After you promised to treat her as your sister, cousin and a friend, what did you do? You are starting to show the signs of jealousy. You are involving your feelings into it. You were not keeping your promises. As you can see why I don't believe you. I don't think you should train with Sandhya. It would be better if we stop involving her in these meetings," she said.

The Proxy Elder of Light snorted. "What? Don't tell me both of you were not confident that Sandhya's heart wouldn't waver when she sees Ram. Are you that worried that she would fall in love with him? With him?" She asked.

When none of them replied, she snorted. "Oh, i get it. He has the power to reverse the flow of time, and I also know something else that Chanda and Sandhya here doesn't know about. Are you worried that she will fall for him for that?" The Proxy Elder of Light asked. "Both of you were the ones who are involving your personal feelings into this matter. Not him. And did you also forgot why we are training him in the first place?" She asked.

Elder of Air gritted her teeth. "Fine, I am involving my personal feelings into this. After all, this brat has the power to Reverse the Flow of Time. I am afraid that he is going to use it to correct mistakes that he makes and make my daughter fall for him. I am worried for my daughter. Don't you think what I said was true?" she said.

Proxy Elder of Light shook her head. "It's not true. Right now he doesn't have control over his powers. There was no way he is going to use his powers to win Sandhya's heart. If power and strength were what it would take to waver her heart, Sandhya wouldn't have even gotten engaged to Chandra in first place. She was pure in heart and you should have some confidence in your own daughter. And you," she said, pointing towards Chandra. "Get this inside that thick head of yours. You were all muscles and anger. Not thought. If that weren't the case, you would've even been more powerful than Sandhya. And let me tell you about the gravity of the situation. If we didn't teach him how to control his powers, god knows what crazy things could happen. I think it would be better if Sandhya would also be present with us. She was the one who discovered him after all and she was the one who knew most about him."

Elder of Air snorted but Proxy Elder of Light ignored her. "He has a huge potential. If we don't make use of that, The Forces of Darkness will if they come to know about this. Heck, I already suspect that they know about it and were doing everything in their power to get him to work for them. And right now, besides Elder of Time, Sandhya was the most powerful user of Power of Time. We need her present during his training and it is more important than her appearing in front of others to calm them down. I will think of something about that. When it comes to matters involving Ram, we shouldn't take any chances. We have to train him," she said.

"What the heck were you keeping from me and Sandhya? And it was so important that esteemed Elder of Air was even willing to let go of your opinion about Ram and let Sandhya involve in this?" He asked.

"We will let you know when the time comes. Until then, you have to trust us," Proxy Elder of Light said.

"No. I disagree. It would be better if Sandhya doesn't involve with this," Aunt El said in the appearance of Older Male Elder back when they met in the Justice Hall.

Ram was so startled by her words that he accidentally put all the emotions and fed it to his reactor just above his navel.

He Froze The Flow of Time for everyone around him except for himself and Aunt El.

"Aunt El, why are you opposing me?" he said.

She chuckled. "Boy, if I support you like this, wouldn't they be suspect me? Don't worry, I will make sure that your plans gets implemented. But with some variations. But I am proud of you. Is it true that you finally decided to go after Sandhya?" She asked.

Ram blushed, but he agreed.

She ruffled his hair and the Flow of Time returned to normal for the rest of them with Aunt El's fingers still on his hairs.
