Angels High School (the damaged car)

Outside Angels High gathered the media who was awaiting the arrival of Shawn Wayne the youngest child of the towns business tycoon Hart Wayne. Immediately Shawn's car pulled up at the schools entrance and got down, the media began asking questions,

"Mr.Wayne, how do feel about moving into a school like Angels High" a lady in pink shirt and black trousers asked Shawn as soon as he stepped out of the vehicle.

"why do you think Sara White broke up with you" another blonde lady said.

"how do you feel about the event that happened at Mr.Steave's wedding" the questions kept coming and Shawn was finding it difficult to get into the school compound, if not for Sara White, he won't be in this mess right now. Coming from the left side Mia Williams, she saw how the media were all over Shawn and decided to help him by creating a scene. She looked around and found a stone which she picked up the ground and threw it at Shawn's Tesla, the driver quickly got down from the car, yelling at the top of his lungs at Mia, the media heard the commotion and ran to ask questions, leaving Shawn alone, he heaved a sigh of relief and turned back to look at Mia who just smiled at him, he quickly got into the school before they came back.

"you have to come with me you lady, we're going to the cops" Shawn's driver fumed

"then what are we waiting for, let's go" Mia said making her way to the cars front seat, Jimmy, Shawn's driver stared at the girl in confusion, the media ran to Mia and began what they're known for

"why did you smash the windscreen of Mr.Shawn's car"

"do you know what you've done"

"how do you plan on paying for the expenses"

The questions kept coming but Mia totally ignored them and sat in the car, waiting for Jimmy who now got into the car and drove off, leaving the media hanging by the road side, disappointed they got no news, they all headed for their vans and zoomed off.

In The Car

"yes boss, we're on our way to the station" Jimmy said

"okay, give me feedback once you're done at the station"

"okay sir"

Jimmy hung up the call and set his phone down, he looked at Mia who turned on the radio.

"hey, you're not allowed to touch anything so keep your hands to yourself" Jimmy said turning off the radio,

"come on Jimmy, don't be boring" Mia replied turning the radio back on,

"how do you know my name"

"(chuckles) funny how you'll have a name tag on and forget you do"

Jimmy looked down at his shirt and found he had his name tag on

"oh"

"now that the music's on, ain't it nice"

"I guess so"

Mia's favorite song began to play and she sang along with it.

"if I can't be close to you, I'll settle for the ghost of you..."

"(sighs) this used to be Shawn's favorite song"

"who's Shawn?"

"the kid I dropped off at your school"

"oh you mean the poor thing who was about to be devoured by the media"

Jimmy was caught off guard at her reply,

"yh that poor thing I guess"

"so why doesn't he like it anymore"

"well, he's been through some things, hates love now"

"oh I see" was all Mia could say as Jimmy pulled up at the station.

"we're here already!"

"(chuckles) yh, don't wanna get off"

"of course not, the ride was just getting fun, o well, no need to get sad, you'll drive me back to school" she finally said at walked into the station,

"I will what" Jimmy asked himself, when he got to the station, he reported the crime to the officer

"I know, she already reported herself"

"she what..." Jimmy was dumbfounded,

"just told him, have you cleaned your ear lately?"

"so Jimmy, what do you want us to do with this young lady, arrest her or make her pay for the damage" the officer asked

"(sighs) she's too sweet to be arrested...."

"so how much should I pay then" Mia asked making both Jimmy and the officer stare on disbelief, wondering how she would pay for the damage of such expensive car

"five thousand dollars" Jimmy said with a challenging look on his face,

"(laughs) really, just five thousand dollars and I went through all this drama, I can even make it ten"

The officer an Jimmy dropped their mouth open,

"do you have a cheque book" she asked the officer

"yes I do" he replied getting the cheque book from his drawer and handed it to her along with a pen,

"thanks officer George"

"how do you...."

"your name tag"

"oh (looks down at his shirt)"

Mia tears out a cheque of five thousand dollars and hands it over to Jimmy who was still dumbfounded, she waved George goodbye and left the station, she got into the car and waited for Jimmy.

"what's your name dear" Jimmy asked when he got out of the station,

"Mia Williams"

"hmm, nice meeting you, please excuse me, I need to make a call" Mia nodded and watched Jimmy step away from the car.

"boss, she's paid for the damage"

"she what, how much did she pay'

"five thousand dollars"

"you sure about that"

"well, she gave me a cheque "

"where did she get so much money, be alert she must be fooling you, return her to school"

"yes boss, also her name is Mia Williams"

"hmm, I'll look her up"

"okay boss"

Jimmy hung up and got into the car, he drove Mia back to school, when they arrived, he became unhappy cuss she made him laugh all through the ride.

"I wish I don't have to go now but I have to, see you around Jimmy, maybe when next you come here"

"(smiles) sure, bye Mia"

Mia got down and Jimmy watched her walk into the school compound. He noticed a man in black overalls with a glass and hat who stood under a tree, he saw him there earlier that morning when he dropped Shawn off, he became suspicious but shook the thought off hopping he was mistaking.

Mia finds her way through the crowd of students and smiled at those who greeted her. She got to her class when Mrs.Emily was introducing the new students.
