After a whole day of helping in a hospital, Miguel noticed that the only soul he could find was again from a person suffering from overflow syndrome. He overheard the nurses talk about patients that had recently passed away that same day but they didn't seem to leave behind souls; this worried him because it didn't seem that getting souls could be very easy.

When Miguel got home he looked up a video online to try and find out information on Overflow Syndrome.

"Welcome to InfoMed, we are here today with Neurologist Doctor James Strayer, first off thank you for coming in today"

"It's my pleasure to be here"

"Alright, doctor why don't we jump straight into it, what is Overflow Syndrome"

"Well first we have to understand that we don't know nearly enough about the subject as we wish we knew but when we diagnose this syndrome a couple of things are needed. First a history of fever similar if not exactly like Awakening syndrome, a rapid onset catatonic state similar to a schizophrenic patient, and lastly a positive mana reading checked by the A.R.A. Equipment. The most agreed upon theory is that these are people that awakened but they were overcharged and the body could not support the amount of energy supplied to what some are calling the soul which ends up frying the brain."

Miguel pauses the video and keeps looking up more information about the Souls; after searching he finds another video.

"Welcome to AwakenSource your source for awakened information, today we cover Mana Soul Theory..."

" to summarize the Mana is stored in the Soul and it can act as a generator to make more Mana, both are located in a container, and when a person dies no more mana is generated, because the world we used to know that we identified with a sense of self is gone, and the container disappears once the energy inside pours out of it..."

"When an awakened person levels up the soul's container strengthens and can condense stronger and stronger mana..."

Miguel finally understood what his skills were doing; Soul Reaping was picking up a usable container with energy, which explained why patients with Overflow Syndrome which were awakened people produce absorbable souls. The soul he was absorbing was just mana in a container without a portion we used to know as a soul and represented our personality. This also explained why a hospital has so few absorbable souls.

The second skill Undead Summon gives a corpse a soul and makes a copy of the corpse to produce a servant. So far what he understood, meant that the servant would be at the level the ingredients used, however, the newest skill Name Granting changed this allowing the summon to get stronger than the original ingredients.

"That's why this profession would discourage many people if you don't use the Name-Granting skill, you would only be able to summon what you can kill and the profession doesn't come with any significant boost to physical abilities like other professions making that feat more difficult, also the skill has to be acquired and isn't automatically given"

Miguel thinks for a moment and summons Rocky, when he does the dog comes out of its dimension it stares at its master. After a moment the servant tilts its head and whimpers "When we first met you didn't make any necessary movements, but now you seem to even have a personality" he extends his hand outward and the servant places its head in his palm, he then continues to pet him and the servant seems to enjoy it "could it be that you were always like this or only after the name granting skill activated did you gain a personality... Guess I'll have to wait and compare you to the next servant" he stops petting the servant "for now go to sleep" once the servant disappear he goes to bed.

The next day at the A.R.A. Las Vegas Branch, Miguel arrives and heads straight to the counter, before he arrives "Mike is that you" he turns around to find a tall chubby bald man with green eyes "Holy shit, it really is you, wow I didn't know you would be able to awaken, back in high school you weren't much" he looks at Miguel up and down "looks like things can change, so what rank did you get?"

Miguel didn't care what others thought of him so he didn't mind "Hey James, it's been a while. Last week I got F rank, but…" Before he could explain any further James burst into laughter.

"F rank you can't be serious. Hahahaha oh man that sucks, don't worry though, if you keep trying maybe you'll get to go up a rank, hang in there buddy" Miguel gets a little irritated by the comment but wasn't surprised "listen mike, I'm being recruited if you want I can put in a good word for you. With that rank, they might consider taking you along to carry the equipment" James maintained a grin while speaking.

"Don't worry about it, I'll get by somehow, I have something to do right now, we can catch up later" Miguel turns back around and continues to the reception desk. James says "alright Mike I'll see you later" Behind James a man in his thirties with a suit on and missing his left ear taps on James's shoulder "Come on rookie, time to get your test done, your father paid a lot for us to take you in but if you don't get at least D rank we won't waste our time with you" James feels this man's hand on his shoulder nudging him where to go "yes, Vice guild master Morven" James only dared to respond in short answers.

When Miguel gets to the counter he asks for a reevaluation and the receptionist looks at him annoyed because many people were not happy with their rank and would frequently ask for reevaluations hoping the rank would change, but it never did. After the receptionist rolls her eyes she puts his information into the computer and then looks up after looking him up "Reevaluations are allowed only 3 months after the last evaluation, and you just got your last week, your going to have to come back in 3 months" the receptionist looks around him "next". Miguel honestly didn't think there was a restriction like this "Wait a minute, isn't there any other way?" the receptionist had to deal with low-rank hunters every day that thought their circumstances were the most important "Look kid, get out of the way, unless you awakened new skills since the last time there's nothing I can do about it, so just step out of line and let me do my job" the receptionist immediately starts talking to the next person in line without letting Miguel respond.

Miguel was annoyed but another receptionist at the other end of the reception desk arrived and sit down so he approached her "Good morning, I'm attempting to get a reevaluation because I acquired new skills" the receptionist smiled at Miguel "alright let me just get some information first" she takes his information and looks in up in the system "seems like you recently took your last evaluation, I'll have to get confirmation from my manager to override the system, to get approval could you please briefly describe the skill" Miguel felt relieved that at least she was being more understanding "of course the skill involves summoning a servant" the receptionist looked surprised "familiar summoning is very rare, Ill be right back", the new receptionist leaves and the previous one notices that he is still there "hey, I told you to come back in 3 months" he didn't respond and just took a step back and waited, the receptionist went back to work annoyed that she was being ignored.

Moments later, she saw her coworker return with the manager, stopped what she was doing and walked over, and looked at the manager "Hey Liv, what's going on?" the manager walks right past her.
