Chapter Five: Mate

"Welcome to kanslock University" the bus driver announced to everyone. All three ladies looked outside the window to see a huge view. The building looked like the biggest palace ever built and seen and that was just the front view of the school.

"Wow . This isn't my type of building . I wouldn't feel wanted here" Elizabeth wondered to herself with worry. She was glad that she had Maggie by her side. The only problem was that Maggie will be studying nursing and as a result of that, they both would be in different hostels.

According to the prospectus, each course in Kanslock College it's own private hostel. Elizabeth's blood rose up to her face as she turned to face the building in anger . She watched the gates, knowing that it will change hee life once she officially walked in to begin class. She looked at her sister with mixed feelings too; they both knew their aim of coming to Kanslock.

Unfortunately for Elizabeth, Sonia was studying nursing too which made her a quick pair to Maggie. Elizabeth just rolled her eyes and frowned, knowing that she was going to be alone without knowing at least one person.

They finally alighted the bus with excited. While still staring around, a group of guys approached them . The way they motioned them to come closer provoked Elizabeth a bit. Coming to think of it, she never really examined the other students in the bus but now she finally did.

None of them dressed simple like Maggie and her. Even Sonia was looking rich and clean. This realization made Elizabeth to feel much more worse ; how in the world was she going to fit in this system of elites. 

"Hi newbies, i'm Manuel and these are my fellow tour teams. We will show you all you need to know about Kanslock University and will very love it if you join our tour club. That's if only interested" a guy with a gorgeous face and voice spoke. He was just so handsome that Elizabeth couldn't help but instantly crush on him.

He had a pointy nose and round face that was so cute with amazing pink lips. His eyes met hers and she felt like he felt a connection between them or was it just her youthful hormones . Manual sweetly smiled at her and she unknowingly began to fall. Luckily for her he held her quick enough to prevent an incident.

What was this guy doing to her? She is freaking Elizabeth. She would never have a crush for a guy. No matter how sweet he was, she just didn't do love and her whole spirit ,soul and body has accepted the fact.

Elizabeth looked into his eyes and he also watched her intensely. Both smiled to flirt but a scary sound suddenly broke their contact.

"Did you hear that?" Elizabeth turned to ask Maggie who nodded.

"It's the helicopter above us" Maggie said to Elizabeth with her eyes partly closed because of the air pressure. Something felt flamy within Elizabeth and she just knew that it wasn't just the helicopter above them that made that noise. It sounded like an angry beast ready to devour . She shook her head and saw that Manuel had a frown. His eyes were also widely open as he watched the machine land on the ground .

Who was it that made everyone curious? Most students came out of the building to see the stranger behind those doors. Girls look excited and for some reason Elizabeth felt a lump in her chest .

The helicopter's engine were turned out as someone opened the door and bowed. His feat showed first like any normal way to alight. His shoe look like it was bought a million dollar. The door opened more broader and everyone was breathtaken.

His eyes searched around and found Elizabeth standing with her beautiful face. It only locked with hers . His perfect beauty rang butterflies in Elizabeth stomach and she stiffened a moan. Maggie opened her eyes widely when she saw him.

"Hey Liz isn't he the same guy that came to see you at home" Maggie quickly asked. Elizabeth nodded slowly causing Sonia to gasps .

Mr handsome walked forward ,not caring of the whimpering college girls. His steps only came to Elizabeth's direction and instead of moving away, instincts drew her to walk towards him too.

They both stood inches away from each other and he whispered her name loud enough for everyone to hear.

"Elizabeth" it sounded so mesmerizing . Elizabeth didn't know what was happening to her. Her instincts took over her body. This wasn't even a quarter close to her crush for Manuel. Manuel was handsome, every girl crushed on him but this guy; he was much more handsome and something about him made her knees weak. Elizabeth gently raised her hands to touch his cheeks. He closed his eyes and inhaled her every scent .

Good lord why was she acting crazy?Elizabeth thought to herself. Why did it feel so right? She suddenly pulled him in for a hug and his face buried deeply in her hair . His low whisper caused tons of sparks to pass through her body.

"Mine.....Mine .....Mine" The way he said it made Elizabeth to shiver in excitement. Suddenly, as if a spell has been broken because and he retreated from the hug and replace his soft tone with anger before glancing side me .

Elizabeth traced his gaze and saw Manuel look down. She didn't know whether her ears were deceiving her or not but she thought she heard low growls and hissing.

Mr handsome looked at her one last time before walking off. All stares were on her . Her feet jiggled as she smelled him all over the atmosphere and her body.

The only thing that saved her was the fact that the crowd followed him with excitement. At least no one was there to spit out hate speech at her. It now remained Elizabeth, Maggie, Sonia, Manuel and one other guy. 

"Oh my god , Elizabeth! If I knew the richest guy in this school would be hugging you I would have worshipped you instead. Wow and he actually knows you to. Metin Sparks is richest Prince of the lands that crawl on this globe" Sonia spoke in a dreamlike tone. So his name was Metin? Elizabeth loved the sound of it. Simple and cute.

"How do you know him? I mean Prince Metin" Manuel asked suspiciously as he watched Elizabeth. Why was he so much interested? Oh she totally forgot about their initial flirt. Her interest in Manuel had completely lost as soon as she laid eyes on Metin.

"I met him not quite long. Why?" Elizabeth asked and Manuel was ready to speak sincerely.

"Because he despise women and hate them. Unless ...." He made a thinking face and suddenly began to cough as he watched Elizabeth with widened eyes.

"We need to get you all settled since the rest followed Mr Helicopter" the other guy who never spoke since they arrived finally said.

They began their building tour and the imperial college was way more bigger than Elizabeth thought. Some part looked emerald, others looked gold, silver and blue .

It was eye catchy . Elizabeth was about to see more of it since she agreed to join the tour club.

Sonia went for model club and so did Maggie. They already looked like best friends, causing Elizabeth to feel envious.
