An Old Classmate
Lu Fan decided to buy some clothes for him, looking at himself, he sort of felt a little pity, although he wouldn't mind wearing such old clothes, people laughing at him is kind of embarrassing, since he has some cash to spend now, he could at least buy some for himself.
Lu Fan drove into a megamall as he parked his car in the parking lot, he then went inside.
Lu Fan walked inside as he looks around, after 15 minutes of walking, Lu Fan arrived at the fifth floor, he kept looking around but what he's seeing are arcades, playground for children, etc.
Lu Fan wondered as he spoke.
"Where is the Clothing stores?"
Yep, he's definitely lost, Lu Fan then walked just about anywhere, then out of nowhere, someone touched his shoulder.
Lu Fan looked behind as he saw a very beautiful, yet gentle face of a woman, he then asked.
"Yes? What can I do for you?"
The woman frowned as he looked at Zhihao further, a smile appeared on her face as she spoke.
"Lu Fan? Are you Lu Fan? You are! I`m An Yuemin, from 4th grade? Elementary, do you remember me?"
Lu Fan pondered for a bit as he replied.
"Glasses?"
"Pfft, Yeah, Glasses."
Yuemin took a glass in her bag as she wore it and smiled.
Lu Fan laughed as he spoke.
"Wow! Hahaha, what happened to you? You were a crybaby spoiled kid before, now you looked extremely beautiful!"
Yuemin blush as she smiled in satisfaction, she then removed her glasses as she asked.
"So, what are you doing here?"
Yuemin looked at Lu Fan from head to toe, seeing all the unbranded cheap stuff he's wearing, she smiled.
Lu Fan shook his head as he spoke: "I got lost, hahaha, this is my first time entering the mall, so I`m not really used to it."
Yuemin smiled as she asked.
"Will you please go out with me?"
Asking this question, Yuemin blushed as red as a tomato, she and Lu Fan goes way back, She was actually rescued by Lu Fan before they even went together to the same School, it was a time where She was almost kidnapped by some unknown people, Lu Fan as a 14 years old actually dealt with 6 grown men.
Yuemin requested to attend the same School with Lu Fan from her Father and Mother, which they approved, both of them didn't support marriage through big companies, they wanted for their only Daughter to live happily, they then fixed everything, even providing guards in a distance, monitoring the both of them.
Both her Mother and Father were quite joyed at how Lu Fan acts, they approved of his personality, his carefree attitude, Lu Fan kept protecting their Daughter from the bullies when they were both in School.
Then they received news of Lu Fan's parent's situation, they were quite shocked, but then, they hid it from Yuemin, Lu Fan vanished without any word, Yuemin didn't have a clue as to what happened, she begged her parents to find him but they only shook their head.
They had been keeping tabs on Lu Fan's progress after that, a kid that had just entered his teen took a lot of part-time jobs to support his Sister's and Grand Mother's needs, such a thing is admirable even for them.
The both of them talked to the owners of all the Part-time jobs he's taking, making his salary a little bigger than average, they also provide the salary for him.
The both of them were quite satisfied by Lu Fan's resolution, but when they were about to reintroduce the both of them again, all communications and tracks they have for Lu Fan suddenly vanished, they were bewildered at first, but after that, they just told their Daughter that Lu Fan is around this district.
Yuemin is the only Daughter of a very tycoon, her Father sells a certain Brand of Gadgets all around the globe, while her Mother is a great figure and also has a great business dealing with Clothing, in terms she's the perfect go away for any Man to aim for, especially for people without any financial stability.
Yuemin immediately went back and tried to search everywhere, but when she actually was about to go home, she saw Lu Fan again, she couldn't take it if she would miss this kind of opportunity again.
Yuemin knew of Lu Fan's financial problems, but she fell in love with him at the get go.
now that destiny and her Family had made its way for them to meet, Yuemin wouldn't let go for the second time.
Lu Fan tilted his head as he asked: "Sure, where do you wanna go?"
Yuemin's face immediately turned to normal as she laughed.
"Hahahaha, nevermind, where would you want to go, I`ll accompany you."
Lu Fan had a bright idea as he spoke: "Oh! that, let's go to a Clothing store."
Yuemin pondered for a bit as she smiled and nodded.
"Un! Follow me."
Yuemin grabbed Lu Fan's hand as she took him to the ground floor.
Lu Fan blushed but he just casually look around to avoid getting seen, he thought.
'Do people actually grab other's hand nowadays? I guess I`m not really used to society.'
After a while, the both of them arrived as they arrived at a clothing store.
Lu fan was shocked as he saw the prices of each clothes.
"$48? $80? $150!? $350? a shoes for $1,000?"
Lu Fan was extremely bewildered, these ordinary looking clothes costs $48? My shirt costs $2!
Yuemin witnessed this as she spoke.
"My treat, I`ll pay for everything."
Lu Fan looked at Yuemin as he replied.
"Don't worry, I`ll go to a cheaper stall, but help me find some pairs for my Sisters and Granny, I'd like to gift them some clothes from here."
Yuemin smiled as she nodded, she looked at Lu Fan in a loving Manner while he searched around the stalls.
"You are still the same kind of boy I once knew."
"Did you say something Yuemin?"
Yuemin nodded as she replied: "We're having a reunion in a week, would you like to go with me?"
Lu Fan pondered for a bit as he nodded his head and replied: "Sure, I`ll pick you up, where do you live?"
Yuemin shook her head as she spoke: "I`ll just go to your house at that time."
Lu Fan thought for a bit as he nodded and asked.
"Help me choose a clothe for my Sisters, I need to buy one for the both of them, and for my Granny too."
Yuemin nodded as she also started to look around.
After a while, they finally finished shopping, Yuemin also both a few sets of clothes for Lu Fan secretly.
Yuemin insisted on paying, Lu Fan sighed at her persistent and finally gave in.
The both of them walked out towards the Parking lot.
Yuemin looked at Lu Fan as she asked.
"You're going home now?"
Lu Fan nodded as he replied: "Yep, wanna eat dinner at our place?"
Yuemin smiled as she repeatedly nodded.
"Yuemin then asked: "Fan'er, if you don't have a job, I can introduce you to one, the salary is quite good too!"
Lu Fan hearing this smiled as he replied: "I`m good, I found a job."
"What job?"
"I`m a gamer, I played the game MOFM."
Yuemin pondered as she smiled and nodded.
"That's good then, shall we go? I have a car we can use, we don't need to commute."
Lu Fan immediately replied: "I have a car too, so I guess, we can't really ride in one, we should just use our Cars and follow me."
Hearing this, Yuemin immediately thought of a reply: "Actually, My car is out of fuel, so I`ll be riding in your car."
Lu Fan looked at Yuemin weirdly, but shook his head as he spoke: "Okay, let's go."
The two of them walked towards the Parking lot, and just when they arrived, Lu Fan spoke.
"Eh, look, the other car looks like mine."
Hearing his words, Yuemin looked at the Cars, her Car is parked next to a same branded car and model, only different in color, Yuemin looked at Yuemin as she asked.
"That black car is yours?"
Lu Fan smiled as he nodded and asked: "How'd you know?"
Yuemin shook her head as she replied: "Lucky Guess."
Lu Fan took the shopping bags to the back of the car as he opened the passenger seat and spoke.
"Yuemin."
Yuemin nodded as she smiled and sat inside, Lu Fan then drove the car out of the mall to his house.
While they are on the highway, Yuemin looked at Lu Fan as she spoke.
"I have always had this feeling for you."
Lu Fan without looking at her replied.
"What?"
Yuemin smiled as she looked in front and spoke.
"I love you."
Lu Fan heard it this time, he didn't know what to do, he was shaking as he thought.
'Is... this... the thing they called a confession?...'
