Night Club

When Kai's scenary change, before he could see where he was, loud musics filled his ears.

The sound was deafening and can occasionally hear screams and whistles. He looked around and this dim room with light moving, he sees women and men dancing tot he music. He was at a night club!

Kai didn't expect the system to send him to a night club but it seems no one has notice Kai appearing out of thin air.

Kai was a little disappointed and thought that he would be send to the location of his purpose.

He has to stay in here for 3 days and would basically get nothing except the power ring. The system won't throw him to a location to far away so Kai just has to figure out where he was and wait.

His goal is the power ring Jorden received from an injured Alien that's spaceship crash landed on earth name Abin Sur.

This was a tradition amongst the green lanterns. Before the owners die, it will chose a successor to inherit the ring in which Abin chose Jorden who later become green lantern. Kai now has to determine if Jordan got the power ring or not.

When Kai was prepare to leave the nightclub he caught a glimpse of someone in the corner.

Brown long hair, Exquisites facial features, Very charming!

Kai changed his mind and decided to head over to her. The girl saw Kai coming towards him with a smile.

"Do you mind if I sit down?" Kai asked with a smile.

Caroline 'Carol' Ferris who is the boss and love interest of Jordan. She looked up at Kai and was a little surprise, Asians in Coast city were quite rare and this one looked very handsome and a good temperament. She nodded and Kai sat down "My name is Su Zhan or Kai, I'm Chinese"

"Carol Ferris, China is great but I have no chances to visit there"

"China's scenery and food are second to none in this world. It a shame you haven't experienced it" Kai said and waved at the bartender for a few bottles of beer "Wanna drink?"

"Of course"

Carol smiled and open the beer bottle and asked "Are you traveling to Coast city?"

"Yeah, I've heard it's beautiful here and it seems there not wrong" Kai said "I'm curious East to why a beautiful women like you is doing in a night club, don't you have many pursuers?"

"Maybe they can't see what you can" Carol said jokingly.

"Hehe, then I should going their eyes out" Kai exaggerate and Carol giggled.

The first impressions was good, They joke around, drink, and chat. Before they realized it, the time passed by quickly.

"I didn't expect it to be so late, I'll be leaving frost then"

Carol realized it's almost morning and she didn't expect to talk for the whole night, she felt like it's only been a few minute.

"That's a pity" Kai said with a little regret.

"This is my number, if I have time I'll give you a call" Carol wrote her number on a note and handed it to Kai. He saved her number on his phone and said "I'll take you home"

Kai smiled and walked out the club together.

"Where do you live" I can take you there" Carol said.

"I don't think that's a good idea, you seem a little drunk" Kai said with concern.

"Aiya, don't worry about it I'm fine, come!" Carol said and went to her car while Kai grinned and followed.

In the car Kai smiled and said "I haven't book a hotel today, mind letting find one first?"

"You haven't book a hotel? And you don't have any luggage?"

"Hehe, i guess I travel a little unique"

Carol started the car and drove to a nearby hotel. On the road, the two chatted with a relaxed atmosphere. Not long after they arrived at a hotel, Carol stopped the car and said "This is a good hotel"

"Many thanks for the recommendation, wanna have a cup of coffee?" Kai smiled and asked.

Carol smiled and played with her hair "Inviting me inside your room, don't you think this is a little fast? Although we have a good relationship, I don't think we have reached that point yet."

"Then I'll see you later" Kai didn't feel embarrassed. He smiled and said goodbye before heading inside the hotel.

Inside his room Kai used a computer in the hotel to investigate any news.
