Ch 75: Back On Sokovia

Three days after the X-Men's departure, Erik dropped Shilpa in Emma Frost's care, and then his group left for Sokovia.
Before leaving, Erik handed Shilpa and Emma an emergency necklace, capable of opening a portal near him once crushed. Emma also requested necklaces for Hisako and her family, which Erik provided without hesitation.
This necklace was made my [Resurrected] Dr. Strange and Wong.
He also lent them a few remodeled Chitauri Gorillas and a Thanos as guards. Chitauri Gorillas didn't make an appearance during Loki's invasion so the others didn't know what they were, and Erik just told them that the gorillas and Thanos were the results of his subordinate's summoning ability.
Furthermore, he transferred 500 million USD to Emma's bank account as an advanced payment for her tuition.
Erik had no shortage of money, he was already more well off than a few planets in the galaxy with just the resources on Mars. Besides, with just a little bit of digital tweaking, he could have any amount of bank balance.
Anyway, with that, they concluded their world tour vacation and flew back to their cabin in the woods of Sokovia.
Pietro and Lilja were surprisingly home, Erik introduced Cindy to them and honestly told them that she was his second girlfriend. While Pietro initially shrugged it off as a joke, Lilja accepted it without issue, as harems were not uncommon in Asgard.
However, later when Pietro realized that Cindy really was Erik's second girlfriend he snapped at him. Thankfully, Lilja and Wanda calmed him down.
Wanda told him the circumstances surrounding Cindy and told him that she was completely fine with it. The 'circumstances' she told Pietro and Lilja were made up of half-truths and half-lies, Erik had advised the girls not to reveal to anyone that Cindy was from another universe or that Erik had been summoned by a multiversal being.
Grumbling, Pietro eventually accepted the situation but not before extracting a promise from Erik that he would never make Wanda unhappy. Erik, without hesitation, vowed to uphold this promise.
Later that day, Wanda and Cindy got busy unloading the Stealth Ship of their purchases from around the world, Wanda also gave some gifts and clothes to Pietro and Lilja.
Meanwhile, Erik told them he was going to their Mars base for a few hours.

While arriving on Mars could take 15-25 mins if he included the time it took the Stealth Ship to leave Earth's atmosphere and park the ship on the base, with Strange's magic portals it took literally no time at all to come to the desired spot.
Erik stored Strange back in [Beelzebuth's Stomach] and then strolled around the multiple laboratories with ongoing or paused projects, he checked the status of each and then walked to the next lab.
Reaching the final lab, he eyed the broken glass of the modified Cocoon. This was the place where he got transmigrated into his new body. The place where he considered his true birth in the Marvel Universe.
The specialty of the modified Cocoons was that it was a technology created by integrating High Evolutionary's Cocoon with Helen Cho's Cradle.
This new Cocoon was just like a mother's womb, however, with Helen's Cradle, the growth rate of the bodies inside was accelerated.
Erik walked toward the controls of the Cocoon and downloaded the schematics. He then ordered the Chitauri engineers to build thousands more of such Cocoons.
His [Resurrect] was special, it could resurrect even him from the dead. And... he had two options when dead. He could resurrect in his own body or just let the system find a new compatible body for him.
Well, he didn't know the exact criteria for how his system selects a new body once he dies, but he knew one thing Ebony Maw's and the body he artificially creates are compatible with his skills and soul.
There was a random fact that he observed when he read the system logs while his soul was getting transmigrated into both Maw's and his new body...
Each living body possesses a soul of its own.
Of course, it's an obvious fact, but this extends to the bodies he artificially creates as well. Even when his soul was being put in his current body, he read a log that said something like removing the currently occupying soul from the compatible body.
It was a scary fact to think that his clones had a soul of their own... It was good that the clones wouldn't have the most powerful skills of all - the System's skills.
Although, once his Shield skill upgrades, he'll try to extract their souls without killing the bodies or something... Or a better idea, try to sacrifice them for a system upgrade, he was sure that with the amalgamation of various mutant abilities, his bodies would be omega level as well.
He for sure doesn't want his clones fighting himself even if he can just kill them all in an instant with Beelzebuth or something, he simply doesn't want that kind of disgusting scenario.
(A/n: This wasn't a flag or anything. There really ain't gonna be a clone drama, comics have enough of that shit.)
After giving the command to the Chitauris to build the cocoons, he headed to the medical room of the mothership.
There he found Ebony Maw's favorite torture tool, the micro-surgical needles.
'Hmm, the medical room has optimal torture room vibes, I guess this saves a trip to the actual torture room. Well, I hope the need for torture doesn't actually come...' Thinking so, Erik took out Yui Sasaki from [Beelzebuth's Stomach].
Yui was passed out, a quick telepathic nudge shook her awake. She was surprised to find herself here but Erik's words calmed her down.
Erik told her that he had found out about everything she had done in Tohoku. He listened to her side of the story too, where she told him how much she loved and cared for her son's well-being and did what she did to cure at least the symptoms (Mutant powers) of the disease (being a mutant) he was suffering through.
After listening to her shitty reasons for isolating her own son from the world and experimenting on him for years. He felt exasperated and the worst part was that she didn't think that her actions of experimenting on her son or hiring U-Men to kill and extract other mutants' tissue were wrong at all...
Erik saw no reason to not brainwash her completely and turn her into a slave for him.
He called Wanda through a portal, and using her Chaos powers and Sceptre, he permanently brainwashed Yui Sasaki.
Wanda didn't even ask any question about why he wanted to brainwash a random milf, she just did what he asked and then asked him to send her back since she, Cindy, and Lilja were planning on going somewhere.
He then issued some orders to Sasaki and decided to make her work here on the Mars base itself. Yui Sasaki would work on two projects simultaneously.
The first would be to perfect the mutant-enhancer drug she created accidentally and the second was to increase the range of the device that blocked Telepathic and Electronic scanning from outside.
He also had to install some countermeasures against her if, on some off-chance event, she broke her brainwashing and tried to escape.
After a couple of hours, Erik returned to find their cabin bustling with unexpected guests.
Wanda, Cindy, and Lilja had visited Asgard to meet Frigga, who had invited them for tea via Bifrost.
The Queen of Asgard was now visiting, planning to stay with Thor and Jane for a few weeks but spending the day with Erik and his family.
Erik greeted Frigga warmly, "Queen Frigga, it's an honor to have you here. I trust your journey was smooth?"
Frigga smiled, "If we remove the Bifrost's turbulence then it surely was. It's good to see that your family is happy."
Pietro, still a bit grumpy, muttered under his breath, "Yeah, a happy and 'growing' family..."
Wanda shot him a warning look, which he shrugged off with a smirk.
