Ch. : 19 Tom and Jerry, Taking them with me, Ambush on the way back

I quickly flew in the direction of the alley, in which blue cat and little rat are walking.

I landed in front of them.

Both of them are surprised and somewhat alert.

They pointed their sticks with cloth bag tied toward me like they will beat the shit out of me.

I raised my hands in surrender, showing them I don't have any intention to harm them.

Both of them lowered their sticks, but still holding it tight, like they can fight anytime.

My helmet retracted to my back, exposing my full head.

"Hello, My name is Manav." I greeted them, extending my hand for a handshake.

Both of them hesitated.

After a few seconds, blue cat extended her paw toward me.

I quickly shook hands.

"My name is Tom." Blue cat said, scratching his neck after speaking.

I nodded and directed my gaze at the little mouse standing on two legs.

I extended my hand toward him.

He fell in thought, after a second, he extended his little paw.

He shook his hands by grasping my index finger.

"My name is Jerry." Little brown mouse said.

"Well, Tom and Jerry, I have a question for you, and that is what are you doing here?" I asked them, showing interest.

Tom and Jerry, quickly did a sign language in front of me, like sometimes tom was beaten, Jerry was caught, and in the last tom, lost.

So, Tom's previous owner, brought over a rat killing machine.

Tom was thrown out, Jerry escaped from the house, he tried to go back but, once, he enters vicinity of the house.

Robot will come and try to kill him.

So, he along with Tom was homeless.

When they were walking on the road, suddenly a whole world glitched in front of their eyes.

And they were sucked in by a colorful glitching hole.

This is how they reached here.

And why aren't they noticed by someone as unique cat and mouse.

I think there will be a charm effect on both of, which shows them like a normal cat and mouse.

I was also affected by this charm, but because of my previous life knowledge, and high mental power, I can't be fully affected.

"Well, you can talk, so why are you doing sign language, and physical demonstration?" I asked them in confusion.

Tom quickly wrote on the ground with his sharp nails.

After he wrote, I glanced what he wrote.

"This is uncomfortable." 

I nodded in understanding, because their vocal system is different from humans.

"Well, leave it aside, I have a question for both of you?" I asked them.

Both of them nodded, showing I can ask.

"Well, can you come with me, and be my pet, don't worry I will take care of you both." I asked in a somewhat pleading voice.

You know, they are in my previous world, wanted pets everywhere, specially children.

And I am a fan of both of them, so there is a chance, why waste it.

Both of them are surprised, they saw in eyes of each other, with anticipation.

"So, if you want then come with me, and if you don't then I am leaving." I said to them teasingly.

When they heard me, they quickly moved.

Now Tom was holding my legs and Jerry on my shoulders, nodding their heads like chicken.

"Well, well, guys let's go, hold me tight." I said and brought Tom on my other shoulder, and Jerry was on the other.

"Because we have a mission to find my friend, and she is redheaded beauty with bumpy figure." I said to them, both of them nodded with thumbs up.

I retracted my head armor back on my head, and flew slowly.

So, they weren't hurt.

While flying, I turned my head to ensure their safety.

I saw both of them wearing pilot googles attached to a hat.

I was surprised, although knew that they have dimensional pocket.

But still, when you see it in reality, there will be surprises.

While flying with them, I searched for most midtown area.

After searching for a half an hour, I didn't find them.

I saw sun setting down.

"Looks like, we have to halt our search for today, let's go to the tunnel base, for rest." I said to both of them.

"Create new anonymous bank account with basic certificates, Hack the bank accounts of terrorists, and deposit the money into the new bank account." I ordered my sub-VI.

"Assume the work is done." Sub-VI replied.

I noticed that there are few extra words and extra emotions in voice if sub-VI.

"Well, I will check this later." I said to myself.

After few seconds of searching for suitable mall, I found it.

I landed in front of the mall, which is quite big.

I landed in the back alley to reduce the suspicions.

I walked out of the alley, and headed toward the mall.

On the way many peoples pointed toward me.

I just smiled at them.

I know they will think, I am cosplayer.

I entered the mall.

"Welcome, Sir." A female receptionist greeted me.

I nodded toward her, and walked to the food section.

"Well, what you want to eat, pick them up." I said to Tom and Jerry.

Both of them nodded toward me happily, and disappeared from my eyes in a blink.

I just shook my head, and walked in different sections.

After half an hour of shopping.

Three of us gathered at the receptionist counter.

When I saw trolleys of Tom and Jerry, which are filled like a mountain with different species and types of fish and cheese.

My and other people's jaw dropped.

I was shocked, not because they picked so much food.

But, because how they even fitted it like a mountain, and height of this mountain is 3 meters high.

"Well, you guys, can you reduce it, we can't carry it with us." I said to them.

When they heard me, they become sad, and looked at me with watery eyes.

I was almost affected by those watery eyes, but I quickly snapped out of their charm.

"Don't act cute and pitiful in front of me, we can buy it later when we are running out of food, okay." I said to them with strict voice.

Both of them nodded slowly, and turned to put back the food.

"Wait, Sir, we can deliver the food to your address, just tell us the address." I heard the voice of female receptionist, which was sweet to listen.

At first, I didn't notice her clearly, but now seeing her, she was quite beautiful, with sexy curved body.

Because of big t-shirt and hat of mall, no one will notice her if not focusing on her.

I saw her nameplate, which was named 'April O'Neil'.

"No, there can't be so many coincidences, well this is just a coincidence, that her name is same to her." I thought to myself.

But my eyes fell on Tom and Jerry.

"Or there can be." I said to myself.

"Hello, Sir?" I snapped out of thoughts after seeing a pretty hand waving in front of my eyes.

"Oh, yes?, yes, this is the address." I quickly nodded and told her the address.

"Card or cash, sir?" She asked me.

"Card." I said and swiped the card on the swiper attached to the back of counter computer.

She handed me the receipt.

I took the receipt, and turned toward the exit door.

"Hey, Sir!!!, this is my card. My name is... well, you have already noticed my name. Can we meet after, I am free from my work, you know I like pets very much, especially yours which are very intelligent and can walk on two legs." She said to me, and handed me her card.

I thought for a moment, and accepted her card.

"We will." I said to her, and exited the mall.

We got back into the alley.

After both of them wore their helmets, I flew slowly with them on my shoulders.

We headed to the house of Spider-Man or Peter Parker.

(Scene of Wanda and Ghost Spider)

After training for a few dozen minutes, they headed to the tunnel path.

From where Wanda came out.

"My name is Gwen, Gwen Stacy aka Ghost Spider." Gwen said to Wanda, while swinging.

"Wanda Maximoff, former Scarlet Witch, now a swinging spider or somewhat." Wanda said.

"So, where do you live?" Gwen asked.

"I am not from this world." Wanda said.

"Looks like, both of us are same." Gwen said while nodding.

"By the way, you are only Spider in your world." Gwen said.

"No, I have a Spider-Man in my world, and his name is Peter Parker." Wanda said.

"Peter?..." Gwen murmured.

"Huh?, did you say anything?" Wanda asked Gwen in confusion.

"By the way, we still haven't decided your superhero name?" Ghost Spider asked, trying to come out of grief.

"Well, we will decide after we are free." Wanda said. (You can suggest me a superhero name for Wanda.)

"Looks like, we have reached to our destination." Wanda said.

"But no one is here?" Gwen said puzzled.

"We are late." Wanda said in regret.

"Look, there is a paper on the table." Gwen said, pointing toward the paper on the table.

Gwen quickly leaped toward the table, and picked up the paper.

Wanda also followed and saw what is written on the paper.

"Meet at Peter Parker's house <Address >."

"No, I have to save Peter." Gwen said tightening her fist, with anger.

"Yes, we have to go there quickly." Wanda also nodded.

Both of them, shot out the web.

Gwen from her web shooters, and Wanda from thin air.

After landing on the lawn of Spider-Man.

I walked toward the door of the house, and ringed the bell.

After a few seconds, door opened with old women appearing in front of me.

"Well, how can I help you, child." She asked me gently.

"Well, I am friend of Peter." I said to Aunt May.

"Oh, you are friend of peter, come in." She welcomed me happily.

I excused myself and entered the house with Tom and Jerry.

When I reached to dining room.

I saw all spiders except Gwen aka Ghost Spider.

"Hi, spiders." I waved my hand toward them.
