Although Bruce felt something wrong he still decided to ignore it because of not feeling anything dangerous from it he still didn't notice the silence in the room however the silence did certainly helped him reading the story better as Bruce continued sliding down the story faster when he felt an unknown danger coming from his front which made him alarmed as he looks up at the teacher who's hand is aiming at his direction

While Emma who just threw her pen at Bruce in anger subconsciously to get his attention thought upon connecting the pen on his head will make him pay attention to her and when he looks at her she will scold him for not paying attention in the class just to find out the cap of the pen in her hand and at the same time Bruce looking at her which puts his eyes at the same position where the now capless pen's tip should hit which means he can lose his one of his eye in the process as she started panicking knowing if he really is to lose his eye she will not only lose her job and it will be the end of her teacher carrier but also she will be sent in the prison to her crime at the same time.

Bruce who has felt danger a moment ago also discovered something is wrong and his experience immodestly helped him judging the teacher might have thrown something at him and without him knowing what that is he raised his right hand to catch the unknown object looking at it he saw a pen which made him confused to why the teacher would be throwing a pen at him when he didn't do anything wrong and asked in confusion "Teacher what is the meaning of this? "
