" Welcome back, Rachel."

Scott said to his daughter as he greeted her and those who had returned from space.

" No, hug for me scotty?"

Alex asked his brother.

Scott smiled and hugged his brother tightly as well.

" Dad, I figured I'd get this over and done with as soon as possible, so let me introduce you to my boyfriend, Nathan."

Rachel said to Scott as she pulled Nathan off the ship.

Scott's eyes narrowed underneath his visor as he looked at the man.

" Nice to meet you. The Names Nathaniel Adams or you can call me Captain Atom. Either works really. And I gotta say Earth looks really nice. I'm excited to see what it has to offer."

Atom said to the man as he looked around Utopia, the mutant haven in Los Angeles,

" I've heard a lot about you from Nightcrawler and the others, it's nice to finally meet you in person, Nathan. I look forward to getting to know you better. And I hope you continue to treat my daughter well, or else I'll have to show you how dangerous I can be."

Scott explained to the man as he shook his hand.

" I bet."

Nathan replied.

" Something doesn't feel right Scott, Where's Logan?"

Rogue asked the man.

Scott looked at the woman and sighed.

" A lot of things have happened since you've been gone. Logan's leaving and he's taking a bunch of people with him."

Scott explained to the woman.

Rogue, Gambit, and Magneto all looked at the man in shock over the sudden declaration.

" Scott, what the hell did you do?"

Gambit asked the man.

" Why do assume I did something?"

Scott asked.

" Because you and Logan been at each other's throats for a while now."

Gambit replied.

" Look, now isn't the time. You all have been gone for a while. Rest up and we can talk about this more later."

Scott said to the group before walking away.

The others all looked at each other in shock and confusion over what to do. The only two who had some semblances of correction were Magento and Atom. Utopia is what Magento has been working for all of his life and there was no way he was going to abandon it now. As for Atom, He had already decided before coming to earth that his place was with Rachel, so anywhere she decided to go is where he would be.

The group dispersed from the Hangar and briefly went their separate ways.

Atom followed Rachel to her room on the Island and sat with her in silence before he spoke.

" So, What now? Where are going to go my love?"

Atom asked the woman.

" I'm going to go with, Logan. I've been in space for so long I didn't know we had left the school and that is the only place I can call home. What about you, Nathan this is every much your choice as it is mine."

Rachel explained to the man before asking him his own opinion.

" Do you even need to ask my love? I believe you promised to show me what earth had to offer? And I remember making a promise to stay by your side always. So, of course I'm going with you to the school."

Atom explained to the woman.

The two were about to kiss one another when a knock came at their door.

Rachel got up and opened the door to see a teen-age boy about the same age as Julian Keller/Hellion standing in the doorway wearing a red and yellow suit with a lightning bolt on his chest, His hair was a burgundy much darker than Rachel's fire red.

" HeysorrytointerruptLogan'sgettingreadytoleaveandaskedmetofetchyou!"

The kid said in speeds unnatural to any human being.

Rachel and Atom both looked at the kid in confusion.

" Uh, Nate did you get any of that?"

Rachel asked.

" Yeah, I got it but damn you're fast kid."

Atom said to the boy.

" Oh, Shoot! Sorry about that. Names Bart Allen, Kid Flash fastest boy alive! I said Logan's getting ready to leave and he asked me to run get you."

Bart explained to the duo much slower than before.

" Uh-Hu! And how did Logan know I was going to come?"

Rachel asked.

" He said no way is red staying with that jackass after everything he's done."

Bart said as he imitated Logan's grouchy mood and way of talking.

" Alright, tell him we're coming."

Rachel said to the boy.

" We? You coming too? That is soooo Crash!"

Bart exclaimed before running away.

The two watched in amazement as the boy disappeared as soon as he appeared.

" Well, this place is certainly full of surprises I'll tell you that. But do you mind I make one stop before leaving?"

Atom said to the woman.

" Hepzibah?"

Rachel asked and Nathan nodded.

" Of course, my love. Give her my regards as well."

Rachel said to the man as she kissed him on his cheek. She then turned and walked towards the door and gave Nathan a wink before leaving for the hangar.

Nathan began searching the island and after a little help from Emma Frost of all people, he found who he was looking for resting on the beaches of Utopia.

" Hepzibah?"

Nathan called out to the woman.

Hepzibah who had been sitting on the beach looked over to see who had called her and jumped to her feet in excitement when she laid eyes upon her old friend.

" Little Nathan! Alive you are!"

Hepzibah exclaimed as she lunged at the man.

Nathan caught Hepzibah in his arms and lifted the cat-like woman off the ground and spun her around.

" Little Nathan, I have missed you so very much."

Hepzibah said as she hugged the man.

" I've missed you Hepzibah. I've missed you so very much."

Atom said to the woman as he returned the hug.

" What are you doing here? Are the others here as well?"

Hepzibah asked.

" No, Ch'od was on the ship on the other side of the Galaxy when we were sucked through the wormhole. He and the others are still out there."

Atom explained to the woman.

" I see. And what are oyu going to do now?"

Hepzibah asked.

" I'm going to stay on Earth with Rachel. I haven't had the chance to see what my birth world has to offer and i want the chance to experience it with Rachel. So, I'm going with them to the school in Manchester."

Atom explained to the woman.

" I understand. I guess this is goodbye once again."

Hepzibah said sadly.

" No, it is not. We aren't going to be star systems apart. We'll only be a few thousand miles. I can travel that in no time at all. If you ever want to talk Hepzibah I will always be there for you. Just ask someone on the Island to give us a call and I'll be there. Or you can just use of communicators. Mine still works."

Atom explained to the woman.

Hepzibah seemed to brighten up upon hearing his words and smiled at him once again.

" Well, it's time for me to go sis. Take care of yourself and be safe. I love you Hepzibah."

Atom said to the woman as he hugged her once more.

" And I love you, Nathan. Not so little anymore. Take care of yourself and be safe."

Hepzibah said to the man.

Nathan nodded and flew up and off into the air to join the others on the ship for Manchester.

Nathan touched down in the Hangar and was greeted by Rachel once more.

" You ready to see the earth?"

Rachel asked.

" Yeah, I am."

Atom said to the woman.

The two boarded Logans X-jet and were greeted by the others that had chosen to come. Iceman/Bobby drake. Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat. Gambit. Toad. Noriko. Hellion. Laura/X23. Santo. Ruth. Quentin Quire. Kid flash/Bart allen. No girl/Martha Johannson. frenzy. Cessily/Mercury. Sooraya/dust. and others.

" Took yer time bub!"

Logan said to the man.

" Sorry, I was long overdue for a family reunion."

Atom replied back.

" Well, I don't know ya but red vouches for ya. So, I'm putting my trust in ya kid. But don't make the mistake of betraying us or I'll gut ya."

Logan threatened.

Atom smirked at the man and laughed.

" Trust me, I have no intention of harming anyone here. But I must say I am looking forward to seeing the planet I was born on. And I must wonder if every one is as much as an asshole as you are?"

Atom asked

This time it was Logan's turn to laugh.

" Yer a smartass, ya know that? i think we're gonna get along just fine. You like booze?"

Logan asked the man.

" Damn right."

Atom replied.

" Yeah, we're gonna get along. Now strap in. It's time to go."

Logan said to the man

Rachel and Atom took their seats and once they were ready, Logan and the X-men took off for Manchester.
