Nolamine placed his hands palms-down on his thighs and sat in an upright posture with a straight back, relaxed yet dignified.
He tried to mimic some of the people he had seen on TV meditating. Like them, he relaxed and tried to follow his breathing as he closed his eyes, trying to fall into some kind of meditative state.
The thing though was that he did not know what he was doing or what he was supposed to feel. He remembered that in the scroll he had read that he had to meditate with Vibration Detection in mind.
He did just that but nothing was happening. All he could feel was his headache and it throbbing more and more as time passed by. He ignored the pain and tried to concentrate.
"What the ....?!"
He yelled out. He looked around and then wiped his drool off of his mouth and chest. Yes, he had fallen asleep and was so relaxed that his mouth celebrated by drooling because of the posture he was in.
