  Oliver was astonished by Alex's words but he tried to ignore it, "no a three years old child should not be able to remember anything" he tried convincing himself in his head. Maybe Alex remembered little of it but not everything, he thought.

"You sure know how to keep your enemies closer don't you?" Oliver smiled. "Of course!" Came Alex's brief reply only.

Berverly walked into the dinning room elegantly in one of Hazel's dress. The smile on grandma's face was broad, she was elated by the presence before them. Their family would have been complete if Alex had married Berverly instead of Hazel, Eldest Mrs Wilson thought. 

"Berverly, you're here?" Maria sounded surprised, "Yes I slept in Alex's room!" She said giving the wrong impression and Maria frowned. "What?" Asked Maria

"Mum why do you sound surprised, it's not the first time she's slept there!" Avery said smiling. "Yes she has, but that was before Alex got married. You do know your brother is married right?" Maria asked getting really furious at her daughter.

She liked Berverly before but later found her to be so pretentious and decietful. Gradually her love for her descipated. "I hope your little reunion last night would bring a wonderful grandchild!" Eldest Mrs Wilson said ignoring her daughter in-laws words.

"That's the problem grandma, there is no reunion yet, but we're getting there!" Berverly said coyly earning a glare from Maria. Maria just couldn't understand why this people hated Hazel this much, they went as far as bringing in another woman to have sex with Alex when his wife is not around.

"You should be ashamed of yourself!"said Maria. "Why mother, it's not going to be the first time they've done it and you've always supported them in the past!" Avery said

"Shut your mouth Avery, it's a good thing you said in the past!" Maria said. "Why shut her up, she's not lying?" Eldest Mrs Wilson said. 

"It's not like Hazel's married to Alex, it's a contract marriage!" Avery said irritated at her mother's words. Everyone in this family loved Berverly and always wished she got married to Alex.

Avery just couldn't understand their quick change of attitude towards Berverly. "I just don't know when you became this foolish. You all keep encouraging yourself with the thought of their marriage being a contract one, but you forget they're legally married. By law Hazel is known as Alex's legal wife and nothing can change that!" Maria said sternly.

The other three on the table glared at Maria furiously, but Berverly tried to restrain herself so as not to tarnish her image here.

"Mother, why do you suddenly hate me so much? I can't remember doing anything to you to make you hate me this much. I admit I was wrong when I rejected Alex's proposal, but I was too little to think straight back then!" Berverly started.

"You call few months back little? No come on Berverly stop with the blackmailing already. I'm not one of your minions, these tricks doesn't work on me!" Maria said.

"Have self anttique and stop embarrassing yourself. I know you were once inlove with my son, but this is the wrong way to go about it.....!"

"What other way is there to go about it, I've watched you sit here and praise your favorite daughter. We don't want Hazel as a part of this family, I don't care if she's legally married to my Alex or not. Berverly here's the real wife of Alex!" Eldest Mrs Wilson said. 

"And Berverly is still inlove with Alex!" Avery added. "I can't stand this foolish people!" Maria left the dinning room. She had other important stuff to do instead of wasting her time on people who never listen. She was just so happy nothing happened between those two. "Leonard where's Alex!" Maria asked the butler.

"He left for England, this morning with Master Oliver!" Leonard said. "Okay!".
