CH58. Am I so charming?

Ye Xiao Xiao's heart that had gone numb begins beating first again. His wife? Um...what is wrong with me? Why am I behaving like this?

"But we can begin with the brother thing if you want. I don't mind," Lu Min Chen adds and smiles warmly at her.

Ye Xiao Xiao blushes at his smile. Why can't he always smile like this? He is always so cold and stone faced!

However, any time he smiles, he cannot be compared to anything in this world. His smile is always the brightest.

"Am I so charming?" Lu Min Chen asks her when he sees her eyes glued on his face. "Come on, you can keep admiring me when feeding me. I am so hungry."

Ye Xiao Xiao pouts. Who said he is charming? How can he be charming when he is always this cold to everyone?

She looks at him and back to the food. "Is it right?" She asks. She is scared of feeding him.

"Come on," he says. "Anything is right as long as I say so. Don't you know that?"

'Huh! Why is he so proud? I thought he was mature! '

She walks closer and pulls the plate close to her. She looks at the seat beside him and remains quiet. 

This man is too tall. She can't feed him while sitting beside him, especially when he is working.

"Sit on the table," Lu Min Chen says and pats the table for her. That way, it will be simpler feeding him.

Ye Xiao Xiao sits on the table and scoops some food, bringing it to his mouth.

Lu Min Chen opens his mouth and looks into her eyes with his smiling eyes. She is feeding him today. He has not lost to that man.

Ye Xiao Xiao avoids looking back into his eyes. His eyes are so deep that she feels like he is eating her instead of the food.

She blinks her big eyes and feeds him again while looking away. 

Lu Min Chen chuckles at her behaviours but he says nothing. He happily types on his laptop as he enjoys being fed.

And funny enough, today's food is just too tastier than on normal days. He should be eating like this everyday.

But before the food is over, he shuts up his laptop and looks at her. He blinks his eyes and smiles again.

Then he takes the chopsticks from her hands and scoops some food.

Thinking that he can now feed himself because he is done with work, Ye Xiao Xiao attempts getting off the table.

But Lu Min Chen holds her back with his other hand. "Why are you leaving?" He asks.

Ye Xiao Xiao purses her lips. Does he want her to stay here forever?

"You can feed yourself now that you are done with work," she  says and looks at her wrist that is covered by his warm hand.

Lu Min Chen creases his brows. "Who said I am done with work?" He asks her with a smile.

"But you..." Xiao Xiao fails to understand him again. She just looks at him with a twitching mouth.
