CH50. Do you have a boyfriend?

"Ye Xiao Xiao?" Lu Min Chen calls when she remains silent for so long. "Did you believe her words?" He repeats his question.

"Um...Young Master," Ye Xiao Xiao calls in fear. "I am not sure...as in...I don't know. But I won't say anything about it to anyone," she says.

Lu Min Chen's lips twitch. "Ye Xiao Xiao! Can you wake up?" He asks almost in anger. Does it mean that she believed her?

What does she mean by saying she won't tell anyone? Those words were so false. Why can't she see through them?

He gets mad because she is the only person he is willing to explain things to. But he is afraid it might bring a different impression if he explains too much.

"Um...young master. I am sorry," Ye Xiao Xiao says as she begins fearing again.

Seeing her sorry state, Lu Min Chen turns soft again. He holds her hands in his, even though she tries pulling them away.

"I can't hurt you Ye Xiao Xiao," he says when he senses her reluctance. "Do you think I can?" 

Ye Xiao Xiao is startled again by his words and looks at him. No wonder she said that she will never fully understand this man!

Wasn't he just mad right now? Why is he so soft again. She stares at his face again and feels like crying. She cannot predict his next actions even the tiniest bit.

"Ye Xiao Xiao," Lu Min Chen calls her again, but this time, it is very softly.

"Mmh?" Ye Xiao Xiao responds unconsciously. She has to agree that his softness towards her now is actually affecting her.

It makes her heart beat so fast and her face burn up. And her hands that are in his get sweaty.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Lu Min Chen asks while tensed up.

"Cough! Cough!" Ye Xiao Xiao chokes again. Aaah! This question again!

But why does it sound very different coming out of the young master's mouth?

Why is he asking this? He is her boss! Ye Xiao Xiao gets uneasy and looks at him. "Young Master?"

Lu Min Chen is startled when she chokes and pats her back gently. "Are you okay?" He asks in fear.

"Mmh," Ye Xiao Xiao says and looks away from him. Her face is blushed red. She does not want him to see her face like this. It will be more embarrassing.

"Your face...why is it like this?" He asks and pulls her face so that she is looking at him. "Are you feeling unwell? Should I call a doctor?" He keeps questioning.

Ye Xiao Xiao gets more ashamed when he questions her about it. She closes her eyes. She shakes her head continuously. "I am fine."

Then something dawns in Lu Min Chen and he smiles. Oh my God! Is she blushing? 

"Did I startle you with my question?" He asks as some energy gets into him. It seems like she is very new to these things. He will feel so good when he realises that he is the first man ever talking about them to her.
