CH361. She is expectant

The blindfold on her eyes and the covers on her mouth are removed and she is shocked to see Lu Chong Mu seated on the other end of the room.

There is another man inside too, who is obviously a doctor. Ye Xiao Xiao looks at them and creases her brows.

What are they planning to do to her? The door behind her is already locked. She cannot scream, neither can she escape.

"Check her," Old Lu Chong Mu instructs the man.

And the man stands up and walks towards her. "Miss please," he says and pulls her hand.

Ye Xiao Xiao is so shocked. She tries pulling away her hand, but she does not succeed.

"What are you doing?" She asks the doctor. She has her rights. This doctor cannot do anything against her will.

"That is right. She is expectant," the doctor says and releases Ye Xiao Xiao's hand.

Ye Xiao Xiao is so shocked. Is this some kind of a trick?

They brought her in here to check whether she is pregnant or not? And what made them think that she was pregnant?

But to think of it, it has been more than four months since she last had her periods. 

And she had thought it was normal a month ago. Recently, so much has been happening to the point that she never paid attention to such things.

Is she pregnant? Does she have Lu Min Chen's child? This should be great news.

But she just forgets who she is with at the moment. Are these people going to let her pregnancy be a good news?

Old Lu Chong Mu rises with a sinister smile. "I thought the same," he says and pulls out a knife from his pockets.

Ye Xiao Xiao is so shocked. "You...what..." She puts her hands on her belly in a protective gesture.

She has just learnt that there is a possibility of her being pregnant. Are they going to harm her child and her?

"Sssh!" Old Lu puts his finger across his lips. "Any sound and I finish you now."

Ye Xiao Xiao clasps her mouth shut. But she is still trembling. She feels like something is not going to be okay.

Lu Chong Mu turns to look at the doctor. "How many months?" He asks, referring to Ye Xiao Xiao's pregnancy.

"Mmh, around four months. That is if I am not wrong," the doctor replies.

Lu Chong Mu nods his head and turns to look at Ye Xiao Xiao with cold eyes.

"Please, do... Don't do anything to me," she says fearfully. If she is really pregnant and she loses the child, just like Lu Yu Yan, she does not know what she can do.

"Ha!" The man laughs. "I warned you earlier. I said I would never accept you as my daughter in law. Yet you had the guts to get pregnant?"

"Um..." Ye Xiao Xiao is short of words. "Mr Lu, what will Min Chen do if he finds out that you did something to his child?"
