CH193. He is willing to give her another one

Ye Xiao Xiao blinks her eyes twice before looking away from him. He knows that she threw it away?

But he is also not wearing his and she has not asked him anything. Why is he bothering with her?

"Ye Xiao Xiao?" Lu Min Chen shakes her body continuously. "I asked you a question."

"Mmh?" Ye Xiao Xiao asks absentmindedly. "The ring? I did not want it," she adds almost inaudibly.

Lu Min Chen remains quiet for a while. She did not want it? Why didn't she say it then?

She should have told him that she does not want it if she minded because it was preciously meant for Han Chan.

"You did not want it because it was meant for someone else? You should have said it," he says and pulls her hand.

He pulls a drawer and takes out a box. This is what he had asked his assistant to get before.

He opens the box graciously revealing an expensive ring and kneels before Ye Xiao. "Please," he says with a smile.

If she does not like the ring previously meant for Han Chan, he is willing to give her another one.

He holds Ye Xiao Xiao's hand and prepares to put the ring on her finger.

Ye Xiao Xiao comes back to her senses and pulls back her hand quickly, startling Lu Min Chen.

"No!" She says. "I don't want this either." 

Lu Min Chen is shocked for a while before he smiles. "Okay, I will order another one then. Which type do you like?" He takes his phone and prepares to call when Ye Xiao Xiao stops him.

"Stop Young Master. I mean I don't want any ring," she says. She does not want a ring from him.

"Why?" Lu Min Chen asks. Is she turning down his proposal?

"I just don't want anything between us. I hope you understand!" She says and tries walking away.

Why is he still pretending to be so loyal when earlier, he had shown his true colours?

Lu Min Chen comes back to his senses and feels like a bucket full of cold water has been splashed over him.

"Ye Xiao Xiao!" He calls angrily and yanks her hand. He gets up angrily. "How dare you walk away just like that?"

"Um...I was only bringing your phone," she says as if it is a normal thing to say.

Lu Min Chen's face changes colours continuously. How is she still speaking this calmly?

"Do you even have a heart Ye Xiao Xiao?" He asks. He has assumed everything and decided to propose to her again with a new ring, but she is here acting all mighty.

Ye Xiao Xiao looks at him in confusion. He is mad at her? She does not mind. As long as he does not take advantage of her and play around with her feelings.

"Okay," Lu Min Chen decides to try his last chance. "Tell me honestly, is there someone you love?" Maybe that is why she is refusing his proposal. But he just wants to see her shake her head.
