CH189. Who let you in?

Ye Xiao Xiao bites onto her lips to hide away her pain. She remains leaning against the wall, not knowing what she is supposed to do.

She only comes back to her senses once again when someone calls her name.

Turning back, she realises that it is Lu Min Chen's assistant, Li Chan.

She gets up quickly. And luckily, the man lets her into the VIP room.

Ye Xiao Xiao looks at Lu Min Chen's bandaged up head and she gets very guilty once again. 

For the days that she has worked for him, she has never seen him lying on a hospital bed. But she pushed him to it. 

"You don't have to worry Miss Ye," Li Chan tries to say. "The young master is not badly hurt. They are just a few wounds and he will be fine if he is taken care of well."

"It is not bad?" Ye Xiao Xiao asks as her heart relaxes. She was scared of getting different results.

"Yeah," Li Chan nods. "But I will have to trouble you to look after him well for the time being as we still observe him."

Ye Xiao Xiao nods her head. Of course, she has to take care of him. 

Even if she had not been the one that hurt him, she would still have done it.

He has also been taking care of her whenever she fell sick or ended up in trouble.

The assistant only stays for a while before walking out. 

Even though Lu Min Chen has never acknowledged being in love with Ye Xiao Xiao to anyone, as his assistant, there are some things that he can never miss.

She looks at the man again and realises that his head is covered in sweat.

She comes back to her senses and walks towards the bed. She feels his temperature. Luckily it is normal.

It might be the effect of the drugs that are making him sweat like that.

Ye Xiao Xiao finds a wets towel and helps wipe away his sweat. He takes care of him for a very long time.

But after a few hours, Lu Min Chen opens his eyes. He creases his brows when he sees the unfamiliar place.

But feeling the little discomfort on his body, he remembers the things that had happened.

He tries sitting up and realises that someone else is in the room. Throwing a look aside, his actions freezes for a second.

Then he looks at her coldly. "Who let you in?" He asks as his face turns shades of black.

Ye Xiao Xiao's heart beats so fast when she sees him like that. He is still mad at her. He did not want her to come.

"Um...I wanted to come and take care of you..."

"I don't need that. You can leave now," Lu Min Chen replies, without any change of expression. 

Someone would think that they are very strange people. Like they have never met before.

He stands up to leave the hospital, but he holds his head in pain all of a sudden.
