CH15. Dirt on the cup

'What are you waiting for Mr man in love? Get her to bed and produce your copy. You will regret it when you are late!'

'Be patient man! Sometimes we usually get ahead of our thoughts. Take your time to observe your feelings towards her. Maybe you were emotional at that time. You might regret if you act rushly.'

'Ha! You are lucky! However, make sure she does not escape from you. You might die from regret.'

Lu Min Chen scratches his head when he reads these. He feels like these people are trying to pollute his mind for nothing. He switches it off and gets to bed.

Lu Min Chen goes to the company so early the following morning. One thing is sitting in his mind today, he loves that girl.

He must have loved her back then too. That could be the reason he has never been interested in any other girl.

But he is not sure of what to do about it. Will he scare her if he tells her the truth?  She is still young now after all.

Should he make her hers as someone advised? No, he can't do that! She might disappear again.

Maybe it is his own imaginations. He has to give himself some time to think about the whole thing.

He might be suffering from a certain disease now. He will wait to see if he will heal.

When she brings him breakfast, his eyes light up. He just wanted to see her charming face early in the morning.

Xiao Xiao places the tray of food on the table while trying hard not to look at the man's face. She is well aware of the things that can happen in this same office.

She turns away to leave when the man speaks. "This cup is dirty. Who washed it?"

Xiao Xiao tenses up. She personally washed the cup. How can it be dirty now?

She walks back to look at it. She realises that the man is looking at her with every step she takes. But she tries very hard to assume him and walks towards him.

She takes the cup and looks at it. She can't see any dirt on it. Why did he say such a thing? Or do her eyes have a problem?

"Young Master..." She shuts her mouth when she looks at his face. Why is he looking at her like that?

Subconsciously, she touches her face to see if there is something on it. But she finds nothing.

"What is it?" Lu Min Chen asked her when she calls him.

"The cup...the cup is clean," she says with a pout. Should she buy him a pair of spectacles instead? Where is the dirt on this cup?

Lu Min Chen holds her hand that is holding the cup. Xiao Xiao  trembles when she feels his warmth on her hand. It is scorching her.

She wants to pull away her hand but the man holds it tightly. "Be careful. I won't let you off if you break my cup," he says warningly.
