CH116. So easy going

And he enjoys a wonderful sleep just because the woman he loves is still in his embrace.

Once again,he thanks the heavens for such a special time. It will be the best if he enjoyed this everyday.

When Ye Xiao opens her eyes, it is already late in the morning. She looks around her anxiously. She had dreamt that someone had hugged her to sleep.

It had seemed so real and comfortable. It seems that it was just a dream. Anyway, she has had a very good sleep today, one she has never experienced in days.

She quickly freshens up. Since she is not as weak as she was yesterday, she thinks of going to work.

But getting into the living room, she finds the Butler who ushers her to the dining room.

Ye Xiao says hesitates and looks at him. "I am very sorry Butler Hu. I am already late for work. I think I will just have breakfast at the company," she says.

But the Butler smiles at her while shaking his head. "The young master said that you should not leave the house today. He said that you should eat well and have enough rest."

"But..." Ye Xiao Xiao is stupefied. He said she should not go to work?

Why has she been tensed up for reporting to work late then? She nods her head back at Butler Hu and smiles. "I got it Butler Hu," she says and begins eating her wonderful breakfast.

There is no need for her to make things difficult for the Butler. She knows that he just does what his master asks him to do.

She has to admit that it is one of the best she has ever had. Breakfast at the orphanage usually consists of only tea and some slices of bread. So today's is considered more of a luxury.

After breakfast, Ye Xiao Xiao decides to take a stroll around and admire the beautiful scenery around the compound.

Butler Hu offers to show her around. He has just realised that this girl is so easy going. She is not like the others who would never spare people like him a glance.

Ye Xiao Xiao speaks well to Butler Hu and they become great friends. They even laugh around jokingly and happily.

In an isolated house by the sea shore, a young girl is tied onto an electric chair. There are several wounds around her body and her face is swollen.

Her eyes are still closed, meaning that she is still asleep. 

Outside the door, there are guards waiting. They have been standing here since the time they managed to get the girl and brought her back.

The door is pushed open and two men enter, President Lu Min Chen and his assistant, Li Chan.

The guards bow in respect at the appearance of the two. 

"She was trying to escape to a different country. We realised  that the chairman too wanted to get hold of her, but our men did it before him," Li Chan explains.
