CH110. Do you want us to share a bed?

She agrees with Lu Min Chen, this place is no longer safe for her.

She thinks of asking him to tell Lin Mo to come for her, but she gets that idea out of her mind.

She knows that Lu Min Chen will get so mad if she dares mention Lin Mo.

He might even abandon her here. What will she to if another person attempts to kill her? This is not the time to misspeak.

"Are you coming with me?" Lu Min Chen asks her gently and looks at her body that is still buried in his embrace.

She nods her head and holds tightly onto his clothes. And his heart gets filled up with warmth.

"Okay," he says happily and with a very warm smile. "I will take you somewhere safe." Finally, he is making a step. 

He is very happy that today he is able to hold her in his arms like this. It is a great achievement already.

He holds her like this for a while longer. Then they both get up from the bed.

Lu Min Chen wants to carry her up, but Ye Xiao Xiao refuses. So, he only holds her hands and walks her out carefully, like she is some delicate tool.

They find his chauffer already waiting. Lu Min Chen opens the door for her and helps her in before walking to the other side.

Even though so many things have already happened today, his heart is full of satisfaction. 

The car stops in front of a large and magnificent three storey building.

Even though Ye Xiao Xiao has been living in luxury since young, she still exclaims in bewilderment.

Lu Min Chen takes her to the house and hesitates before taking her to a room on the first floor.

He regrets having a house with only one bedroom on the second floor. 

The second floor is made of one large bedroom, which is his bedroom and his study room on the other side.

The first floor is made up of three rooms, slightly smaller than the one on the second floor.

He would have wanted to give her a room on the same floor as him because he knows that they cannot share one for now.

"You don't need to worry," he says. "There is almost everything you will need in here. Ask the Butler for any other thing you want if I am not around."

Ye Xiao Xiao nods in understanding. She goes straight to bed since her body is still not so well.

Lu Min Chen brings her food and makes sure she has eaten well before leaving.

But Ye Xiao Xiao still looks worried. She only feels at peace and safe when Lu Min Chen is around.

Lu Min Chen does not miss her reluctance. He pats her head adoringly. "I will be back soon. But the house is so safe, no one can break in."

He looks at her face again and smiles. "Or...do you want us to share a bed?" He questions teasingly.
