Luna isn't just a simple girl. Others might perceive her as such but this book smart person is hiding something deep in her mind. The Queen changed into simple maid's clothing without any accessories and wore a brown wig that covered her ashen hair.
'Who would have thought that a Queen is disguising in her very own palace,' Luna thought.
Then she noticed that they were going on a different path. It's possible that there were other secret paths where the Royal members only knew, hiding from the peering eyes of the staffs in the outer parts of the palace.
They reached his place when they went inside a secret door and it led directly to the patients' room. It was hidden with a magic barrier and Luna didn't notice it earlier as she was busy.

The Queen went hurriedly on to her son which Luna guessed that he was the one with the palace's logo placed in his shirt.
