Chapter 2: Rei Delford

"Rei, Rei, Rei, Rei." the voice called and got louder "Rei wake up, Rei." then after hearing it continuously, Rei woke up from his sleep.

The person who called him turned out to be Ard Ortega, Rei's best friend. After waking up, Rei was told to prepare to go to the forest to look for slimes and light birds.

"Rei, hurry up and get ready." Ard said while patting Rei's shoulder "if you are late, teacher Rons will be angry, Rei."

After getting ready, Rei and Ard went to the forest near Eldoria village "You took a long time." said Taeru Sinvold, Rei's friend, "Oh, is Rei peeing the bed again?" Taeru said while laughing "Never mind, let's go in."

"You guys go in first, the teacher has business in the neighboring village

"Plur, pluff"

"Look Rei, there's a lot of slime." Taeru said in a whisper

"Come on," said Rei as he ran forward

After killing a lot of slimes they continued their search for the light bird "Look at it, let's go get it." Ard said pointing at the many light birds

They approached suddenly a horde of Goblins and magic bats appeared

"Why are there B and C rank monsters here." Ard said with a panicked breath

"We're surrounded." Rei said

"How about this..?" Taeru said with a panicked breath

"Master" a voice appeared in Rei's head saying "master, do you want to use inferno magic to burn it." said the voice "Idiot, my friends will be hit by that attack, isn't there some other simple magic?" Rei said

"Okay, I'll take care of the magic bat part." Taeru said while preparing to cast magic

"Master, suggest using the monster tide to defeat the goblins and magic bats." said the voice

"Okay...."

"Monster Wave...!!" Rei said while snapping his fingers

Instantly the monsters fell and lost, Rei's friends were shocked and wondered why it could be this easy

"What's wrong with this monster beast?" Ard said curiously

"I don't know what Rei said."

"Come on, let's hurry back to the village." Taeru said

From a distance there was a black figure wearing a black robe and a face covered by a mask saying "Interesting child."

When he arrived at the village, Taeru told him about the fight with the monster in the forest. "There were big and small monsters, some were flying," said Taeru in a loud voice.

Then Rei went home while talking to the system, namely Ruins, which helped him during the fight, the voice came from Ruins

"Master, the item was obtained from the monster earlier"

then turned to a place in the city, in a narrow alley there was a group of people wearing black robes and masks carrying something covered by illusion magic, a door suddenly appeared and opened, they entered the door.

"ha? little kids are bothering you...?"

"Yeah, the boss kid is very interesting he defeated 20 magic bats and 100 goblins in 1 snap of the boss's finger."
