Chapter 13

After a while of thinking deeply beside the sea, Taria went to Tian's house again. She didn't want to face him that fast, but she knew that she would have to deal with this sooner or later, and she also knew that he won't be able to face her again if she didn't come to him first. She took a deep breath, then she opened the door with a shaky hand, and she found Tian drinking.

"I am the one who should be drinking now", she said while sitting beside him, then she took the bottle of his hand and drank a little.

"You said you can't drink", Tian said calmly, with a sleepy voice, looking at her lips kissing the bottle's top

"That's why I drank a little", Taria said

"Why have you come? Aren't you scared?", Tian said with sad eyes

"No, idiot, I would never be scared of you. I already said that I wouldn't give up on my friend", Taria said

"Why?", Tian asked

"Because.. I can't go back to being alone anymore. Mia and you are the only people that I can trust. You are the only ones that I can be with without building an iron wall around myself. Tian, I can't live without you anymore, and I don't want to in the first place", Taria said.

Tian, who was already drunk, started shedding tears after Taria finished talking, while Taria kept drinking from the bottle in her hand until she finished it.

"Why the hell are you crying? I'm the one who were told that my best friend is a killer", Taria said, then she opened another bottle and started drinking again

"I'm sorry, sniff, I am a monster", Tian said

"What the hell is wrong with killing some people, man? I really want to kill some people some times", Taria said while swaying the bottle she just finished

"But killing a person will leave a wound in your soul", Tian said

"Wounded soul my ass. Killers live their lives peacefully since the people that get on their nerves would be dead. Well actually, how the hell could you kill eleven people without even being scratched?", Taria said

"Sniff, I am scratched", Tian said while hugging the cushion. Taria paused for a moment, then she leaned towards Tian, and tried to take off his shirt, but he blushed and jumped away from the sofa where they both were sitting

"Wha..What are you doing", Tian said while holding his shirt

"I want to see your scars, man. Don't worry I won't do anything to you. Come here", Taria said, then she started running after Tian who was afraid of her like a mouse and a cat. Taria caught Tian's shirt from behind, and she started taking it off while he kept trying to break free, then his leg slipped leading them both to fall down.

When Tian opened his eyes, Taria was above him, staring at him with her eyes that became sleepy as she was drunk, and his shirt was already torn

"Your body is.. so hot", Taria said, then she started moving her hands above his chest and stomach

"S..stop. Taria", Tian said while covering his eyes with his hands.

"You have a scar that goes from your shoulder to your chest, where did you get it from?", Taria said

"I.. I can't remember", Tian said with a shaky voice.

Taria looked at Tian who was shedding tears and blushing, then she decided to tease him since her evil side was already turned on. She got closer to his wound, and he could feel her warm breath at his chest, so he said "Don't.. Don't get too close. Please get up"

"Why? Do you hate it?" Taria said while she was staring at his teary eyes, then she moved above his body, getting closer to his lips. Tian got hotter as Taria got closer to him, and he closed his eyes, ready for whatever she would do with him, but she stopped, just before their lips touched.

"Pfft hahaha. Man your face is redder than a tomato. Pew, I never imagined that teasing you would be so funny", Taria said, wiping her tears that got out while she was laughing

"Hic, you are so mean, sniff. I thought you were going to kiss me", Tian mumbled

"Ah, whatever. I will sleep at your bed tonight", Taria said while walking towards the bed room

"Can I sleep with you?", Tian asked

"Of course NO. You move a lot while sleeping", Taria said, then she entered the room and locked the door.

Tian stayed at the door waiting for Taria to open it, but she never did.

When Taria opened her eyes the next morning, she felt a teddy bear hugging her, so she hugged it back and smelled its hair

"Mm, so fluffy", Taria said without opening her eyes

"Taria, what are you doing?", the teddy bear said

"You are so cute and warm", Taria said, then she opened her eyes, to see that the teddy bear was actually half naked Tian hugging the half naked her. Her eyes got wider, then she shouted while wrapping the blanket around herself

"WHAT HAPPENED?", Taria said

"How would I know?", Tian said

Then silence covered the room as they both remembered what happened while they were drunk, and they both looked downwards to avoid seeing each other.

"I'm sorry. I told you that I became bad when I'm drunk", Taria said

"I'm sorry too. I act weird when I'm drunk", Tian said

"How did you enter the room? I remember locking the door", Taria said

"I entered through the window", Tian said

"You walked at the edge of the 21st floor just to get here. Are you hurt? Your chest is scratched", Taria said while she was getting closer to him, leaving the blanket to fall down without her noticing.

When Tian saw Taria's body, he leaned towards her while looking straight into her eyes, then he took the blanket and wrapped it around her shoulders again.

"Sorry to see something I shouldn't have seen", Tian said, then he took his shirt from the ground and went out.

Taria stayed frozen for a while. She felt embarrassed and happy at the same time, then she smelled the blanket that had the same smell as the teddy bear, and she smiled unconsciously.

Taria went to the living room after she wore her shirt, and she found Tian trying hard to make some food.

"What are you doing?", Taria asked, giggling

"I'm supposed to be making breakfast, but it seems more like a disaster", Tian said, and Taria smiled gently

"Don't worry. I will help you", Taria said, then she started making breakfast while Tian was standing beside her not knowing what to do.

"Should I turn the oven off?" Tian asked

"Not yet", Taria said

"Should I put this here?", Tian asked

"No. It's for another thing", Taria said

"Should I cut this instead of you?", Tian asked

"No. You will cut your fingEEEEERRRRR AAAHHHHHH", Taria said

"What?", Tian asked

"My finger. It hurts hic, hic. Aaaahhh", Taria said, and she started crying like a baby while Tian was looking at her finger that was slightly cut to the point her blood was barely seen, however, when he saw how she was crying, his heart melted

"Does it hurt a lot?" Tian said, and Taria nodded her head and said "it huots a wot (it hurts a lot)". Tian tried hard to hold his smile in. He kissed her finger softly, then he brought a blaster and treated her finger though.

"Is it better now?" Tian said

"Mhum, thank you", Taria said, then Tian smiled and poked her nose.

Taria felt bad for Tian. "Am I playing with his feelings?", she thought, and everything was saying "YES", but her bad feeling disappeared once she remembered a very important thing
