The Woman She Loathes
Venus is writhing in her sleep. Several images are flashing through her mind and the face of the former Empress is haunting her. She tosses and turns on the lavish bed, alone. Her breaths are short and heavy while she is being tormented by the memories of the past.
“You are a vampire…” Venus whispers in her sleep. “You deserve your fate! You…”
The room around her fades and she finds herself in a dark space with no light. Venus turns around in despair, looking for a way out. Her heart is beating fast in fear and she is confused. Everywhere she looks, it is only pitch black darkness.
“Why did you do it, Venus?”
Venus spins around and finds herself face to face with the person she loathes the most. The person she has always envied and wanted to kill. This woman is the reason for her hatred and envy, the reason why her husband is spiteful towards her. She is everything Venus wants to be and yet, cannot be.
