Black Market and Ring

I gulped and stared in the black alley. I can see some Magma, Aqua and other organizations member entering the alley. They were happily talking with one another. I entered the Alley and found myself in the middle of a busy market. There were stall in the both side.

"Hey, handsome boy. I have some good Pokemon for you. All of them are High rank. Wanna buy them?" The magma grunt who was selling Pokemon said to me.

"Sorry, I don't wanna buy Pokemon. I want to sell some. Do you know a good place?" I asked her.

"Ah, you can sell that that red building. There will be a red haired lady. You will be able to sell in a reasonable price if you go to her. Other will certainly try to rub you. But well rather than rubbing you, they might try to get you." Saying that she smiled.

"Okay, thank you for your help." Saying that I went toward the red building.

After entering through the door, I found few receptionist. There were some people arguing here and there. Ignoring all of them, I went to the red haired lady.

"Hello, I am Rebecca. How may I help you?" She spoke to me.

"I want to sell my two high potential Pokemon." I said to her.

"I see. Can you let me see your Pokemon?" She said to me.

I gave her two Pokeball.

"You have caught them up in inferior pokeball? Then they must be normal rank potential Pokemon." She said to me.

"Nope, they are surely high rank." I insisted.

"I see, you might be new in this. I am not making fun of you, but listen. Normally, inferior pokeballs are used for capturing low level normal rank Pokemon. Not high potential Pokemon. If you try to capture them with your inferior Pokeball, they will broke the ball." Rebecca-san explained it to me.

[Yes, in most of the cases. But your these two Pokemons are certainly High potential Pokemon.]

"Thanks for the information, Rebecca-san. But they are certainly High potential Pokemon." I insisted.

"I see. You're stubborn. Why not do this? Normally, we will buy high potential Pokemon in 2000 TK. But if you can prove that they are high potential Pokemon we will buy one in double price. But you have to give me 1000 TK first for using that Potential checking machine." She said to me.

"Okay, I agree." Saying that I gave her one thousand TK and let her check those two Pokemon.

She put those Pokeball to a machine and it started scanning. Few minutes later, it showed that those two Pokemons are high potential.

"Wait, how can this be? It's impossible." Rebecca-san was totally surprised.

Some other people were surprised too.

"It's not impossible, you have watched it in your own eyes." I replied.

"Okay, I admit defeat. I will buy these Pokemon in 8000 TK. Are you happy? But how was it possible?" She asked me.

"To be honest, I don't know either. I just made sure that they were fainted. That's all." I replied.

After that, she gave me my money and I left the building.

"Hey, boy. I will give you 50K. If you sleep with me for a night." A black and reddish haired girl offered me.

"I am sorry. I already have girlfriend." I rejected her.

"I think so too. But it doesn't seems like it's a diamond." I replied to him.

"You have good eyes, boy. Yeah, it's not diamond. To be honest, I even checked myself. But I don't know what kind of stone it is. It was within my family treasure." He replied.

"So, which means it's some kind of normal stone. It's just shine. That's it." I replied.

"Don't you want to buy?" He replied.

"I do want. But I won't if it is pricey. How much it is?" I asked him.

"I want to say it's 50,000 TK. But for you I will sell it to 40,000 TK." He said.

"What? 40,000 for an ordinary stone that shines brightly?" I asked in surprised.

"Okay, okay 35,000 then. Nothing less." he said.

"Okay, I guess I will buy it." Saying that, I gave him the money and took the ring.

"Please come here again." He said that while thanking me.

"Sure." Saying that I left the place.
