Our supposedly long wait, was shortened when Ellen finally emerged with her friend. On the sight of the two women, My fist clenched with burning rage.
I could not believe I was really letting them just walk away from this. But there was nothing I could do anymore. Going back to the commissioner that they get re-arrested, would only raise suspicions.
They reached me and halted, quite shocked to see me standing and waiting for them. "Mr...Jack?" Ellen forced the words out of her mouth.
" That's Mr Jack? What is he doing here..." Jennifer, her friend mumbled.
"Someone out there went through extreme corners, to assure that you get released this night. Know well that this doesn't imply that you're finally free from everything." I said, menacingly.
