Alice looked at Noah's correction, followed by a small note neatly scribbled next to it. "It's very difficult, yes. I just want to be a Youtuber, will I be a celebrity? Hex!" The girl pouted in annoyance.
"Alice, it's also a business, there must be a down point to make it fun. If it's just above, there's no challenge, right? Marvel, which you know as a company whose films are always box office, was almost bankrupt. It took the CEO 12 years to bring Marvel to the point where it is today. It doesn't matter if the progress is slow, the important thing is to move."
To Noah, his words might have had no effect, but to Alice, Noah's words were her savior. It was as if she were in the deep ocean, and Noah threw the buoy to keep Alice afloat.
"Alice, I'm want to sleep, sleepy."
Alice's hand reflexively grabbed Noah's arm. "Noah,"
"Especially?"
"May I have one more request, please?"
"If I say no, you're going to force me, right?"
Alice pursed her lips. "Just sleep here, when the lights come on, the new lights will move."
"Excuse me… sleeping here? I guess, if I don't forget, there was an incident where I almost got electrocuted on this bed."
"It's still not being discussed, are you really vengeful with me?"
"Trying to remember, refuse to forget."
"Noah, seriously, sleep here first. I'm afraid of the dark, later there will be more ghosts." Alice is cowardly but has loved watching horror films since she was a child, which is why she often has wild imaginations in the dark. Wish, as if someone was watching her in the corner of the room or that a hand was moving from under the bed. "I'll wake you up later."
"Yeah." Noah yawned sleepily and immediately lay down on Alice's king-size bed. The candlelight lit on the table, lit the room with a yellow glow. Alice's imagination was running wild again. Imagine a scene from a horror movie he's ever watched. "Noah."
"Hmm."
"Why sleep?"
Noah didn't answer.
"Noah, you've seen a ghost, haven't you?"
Noah still didn't answer.
"Noah, you say ghosts like it when it's in a dim place like this?"
Noah remained silent.
"Noah-"
Noah's arms wrapped around Alice's shoulders, pulling the girl closer, breaking the distance between them. "Well, there are no ghosts, it's just me and you." Alice was startled when she felt the warm skin blend into hers. Then she heard Noah's deep voice, sound close to her ear. "Ghost, please go first, please don't disturb my wife first so she won't be noisy."
Alice was silent, because this time she felt comfortable, but also just realized that there was something strange about her.
The heart is beating so fast.

Never imagined in Alice's life that she would experience a point where she had to shake her skincare bottle to get a piece of serum that was still attached to the bottle wall, but what she got was only a speck and could only be smeared on the forehead area. For a month, there is no income at all. She doesn't do facials until her skin is dry and small bumps grow near her chin and forehead. Her hair was rough from not doing a routine cream bath. Her nails were not as shiny as usual.
Alice looked at her reflection in the mirror. She didn't seem to know who was looking at her.
Usually, Alice always felt that life went so fast, that it felt as if she was running, she didn't have time to enjoy her toil from morning to night, but now everything felt an anomaly. She had a lot of time, but the money she was always looking for, somehow went missing. Now time is running so slowly, like an hourglass.
The girl came out of her room and saw that Noah had not left for work, the man was in front of the refrigerator. Put food in it. Alice approached, watching Noah with a frown. "What are you doing?"
"After robbing the supermarket."
Alice pursed her lips. "Hahaha, that's funny Noah. It's nine o'clock, don't you go to work?"
"I have permission, it's a bit late. There are household matters to attend to."
"Take care of the contents of the food in the refrigerator?"
"I've also filled the electricity token."
"And, you don't have to do that, it's not your duty."
"You have money? If you don't have one, you can use my money first—"
"Noah, stop it!" Alice's tone rose, "You think I'm that poor, don't you? I can still find a way to meet my needs." Her eyes were red and her breath was panting because of the emotions that rose to the crown. Noah who heard that was silent, not expecting Alice's reaction. "We're married, doesn't mean you have to interfere in all my affairs. Have you forgotten the contract we took earlier?"
"That's not what I meant, Al."
"You make me feel useless!"
"Alice—" Alice went back into the room, not listening to Noah's next sentence. The girl slammed the door loudly. In the room, she was silent. A strange feeling crept into her heart. She feels that her life is now different from that of a manikin statue that cannot do anything, even fulfill her own needs.

Noah returns to his office, but it does not work he's doing, but trying to find out about promotional tricks on social media. He even spent his busy time with the stalker of the Instagram accounts of celebgrams, he also called Rachel to his room. "Ra, what's this called?" he showed a snapgram account of a celebrity who was selling, "Selling like that, huh?"
"That's called an endorsement, sir. Hadeh, what era do you live in, anyway?"
"Ooooh, yes, I know what endorsement is, I just found out about the system." It didn't take long for Noah to understand the intricacies of the world of social media. Two hours of trying to figure it out were enough for him to understand. "So they just talk like this, huh, on social media?"
