The D-Day

The D-Day arrives and Alex is standing in front of the crowd of people to defend himself.

Lincoln made sure that his minions disrupt the meeting making all kinds of accusations against Alex and calling him names.

“What will happen now?” Jack asks Alex as they went for a break because the noise was much and the spiritual head asks for a break so they sort things out.

“Then I would have to kill him” Alex hit the table with his fist, causing it to break.

“You need to calm down,” Zack said seeing how angry he is becoming, he might do something stupid.

“He better say something I want to hear, or I’ll kill all of them” he threatens.

“What are you planning to do?” Jack asks Alex calmly because when he looked around he’s not sure they will get out of here so easily if Alex decides to start a fight.

“We are no match for this person Alex, please don’t start a fight here” he whispers but Zack shot him a deadly look and pushes him aside.

“I hope you’re ready?” he asks Alex and he nods.

Jack was shaking by now, “What the hell are they ready for?” he can see that these people are no ordinary people.

A lot of them look strange to him, he can tell that there is something wrong here, but he manages to stay calm and not die before they killed him.

He still has some hope because Alex is there.

“Is done!” Zack came to report to Alex and he when with him, and Jack follows shaking.

“Will you get a grip of yourself?” Alex turned to Jack yelling but not so loud.

“What do you think you’re doing boy? Capturing me?” Lincoln ask Alex once he entered the room.

“I don’t intend to capture you, I intend to kill you, but! I just want to give you a warning now, you will step aside and let this Coronation be a successful one. Tell your people to stand down, no more unnecessarily questions from you and your partners, no more interrupting the meeting" 

“And what do I get in return?”

Alex turned to look at Zack but he said nothing so he turned back to Lincoln.

“He’s right” Alex muttered. “Lincoln is a businessman who always trades with everything in his life.’

“What do you what?” he asks hoping he will not ask for his life in exchange.

“You spare my life when you become the head of the clan, you will not come after me and my projects and you will fulfill your promise to me, use my daughter Alex” he added smirking cruelly at Alex.

“What!” Zack yell looking at Alex and shaking his head signaling him not to accept such a deal.

He looked at Lincoln, then to Zack and Jack, before returning his gaze to Lincoln.

“Deal,” he said.

“What!” Jack and Zack shouted simultaneously.

Lincoln laughs at them with wicked laughter and adjusts his suit, he walks away leaving them dumbstruck.

“Alex what did you just do? The whole reason for this Coronation is to bring that man down and you just promise to save his wicked ass?” Zack asks so angrily.
