Chapter 40

Alex told Sandra that they should go out for the night instead of staying indoors, because he didn't want anything to happen between them. he's so afraid for Sandra.

“Ok I would love that” she said so happy to be going out with Alex because this is going to be their first outing together. She wants to tell all her friends that Alex is her boyfriend but she didn’t know how to go about it since she’s not quite sure if they're a couple now.

 “But remember we are going out with Brian and Jack, are you sure you're okay with that?”

“Why do you ask?”

“Well because I understand that you are Brian were…..”

 “I don’t have anything with Brian, we were just friends but he may it clear to me that we don’t have to be friends, so why bother about him”. Sandra said with all boldness.

“Ok let's go then”

Jack was surprise when he received a call from Alex asking to hang out with him and Brian.

“Wow.. wow wow.. what happened?, what change?”

 “My friend just come out and stop asking question and call Brian too”

“You have no problem I'm putting him on call right now, should I call Ella?”

“Just stop talking about Ella, don't call her because I saw your gift”.

 “Hahaha really?, Jack laugh satisfied that Alex was happy about the toy he sent to him. “So how do you enjoy the gift?”

“Very well, I enjoyed it thanks for sending the gift” Alex smiling on the phone.

“Anytime bro anytime” he said laughing and hanged up the phone. But immediately he puts a call across to Brian and he was so eager to see Alex and to ask him how he could stoop so low to like Sandra.

“Wait, don't tell me that Alex like Sandra” Brian argue with Jack as they were waiting for Alex to arrive.

Guy, what is wrong with you?, Alex is just playing the toy,” Jack said sipping his drink and playing with the glass cup thinking about Ella and how she will take the news if she finally heard that Alex have another toy he’s playing with.

 “Playing with the toy!, what do you mean playing with the toy?. Sandra is not a toy, in as much as she’s not on our level she's not a toy and Alex should just drop it”. Brian said angry.

 “Relax man, it's not a big deal.”

“It is a big deal, you know why?, because Sandra's mum knows that…. I mean, she’s thinking that Sandra went out with me. Do you know what that means?, if anything happened to Sandra I will be in trouble with her family. Both of our families has been friends for a very long time and I don’t want any kind of problems. Alex should just drop it, after all she's not his type. I know what Alex want and Sandra cannot give it to him. Alex has this high taste in women” Brian keep ranting.

“Are you for real?, don’t tell me you like that Sandra”. Jack said
