She liked showing them off
The scene finally started with Chen Mumu, the lead gangster of a notorious gang known as the Blues. The Blues terrorized the city, demanding money from all the vendors in return for "protection." In reality, they were the very ones who vandalized these businesses, only to return as supposed saviors. They were, in short, shameless.
Chen Mumu walked around the street, vendors all around her. As soon as they saw her, they cowered in fear, uncertain of what this "Great Aunt" might do today. In truth, Chen Mumu was looking for someone—a traitor who had run off with her hard-earned money. "Hard-earned" meant money she'd forcefully taken from everyone else. A few of her lackeys flanked her. One of them shouted, "Sister Chen, when we find that old goat, I'll make sure to bring his head to you."
Another one chimed in, "His hand!"
A third added, "His leg!"
And yet another, "His whole body!"
