Lisa's POV
The vacation was a success.
I never thought coming back would feel so surreal but I was glad to be back within these four walls of my apartment, it was late in the evening now and the kids were asleep, and I sat on the terrace, with my hands wrapped around a glass of wine.
I sipped gently, then I relaxed on the chair as the cool air teased my hair, and my bare skin. The sky above me appeared fictional, it was almost unbelievable, the star was scattered in the most dramatic way known to man, and the moon was crescent and still.
I could take a picture, but I chose to leave in the moment instead, so I stared at it instead.
"Cheers" I said as I raised the cup to the sky, then I sipped the last of its content before looking at the laptop before me.
