Chapter 10

Sameul smirks as he listens to Elisa's gratification about how he saved her face.

Elisa doesn't understand the meaning of his smirk, so she just turns her head and starts to look outside.

Sameul turns the car to the left but their way to home is on the right side. Elisa didn't realise it at first but as see observes the secenery outside the window."Mr.Miller, I think you are mistaken".

"About what?" Sameul asks as he glares at her as if she is talking about something else.

"About the way to home" Elisa speaks directly.

Sameul once again fixes his gaze on the road ahead and drives the car at increasing rate.

Elisa doesn't understand what he is up to,she folds her hand also looks intently at road. "Mr.Miler what do you want from me?" Elisa speaks without looking at him.

"I just want to have dinner with you," speaks Sameul as if that is no big deal.

Elisa doesn't speak," Okay, 'Freemeal' who doesn't want to have',I will have" Elisa thinks in her mind as if convincing herself from losing her mind from anger.

They both reached at the restaurant, Sameul had already booked a table for them, So they sat directly at their booked table and Elisa wonder is it something important today or are they going to meet someone at the restaurant.

Elisa excuses herself and went to bathroom to fix her hair which is slightly messed up by the wind.She fixes her hair and puts her lipstick, she gives a light smile at the reflection of hers in the mirror, she doesn't know why but her mood is suddenly propitious she walks slowly step by step from restroom as if walking a little faster will increase her increased heartbeat , there is small passage from the restroom which goes to the table they booked.

As she reaches to the end of passage she saw that Sameul is smiling as his mood from before was just a facade but the shy smile on Elisa's face just before disappears slowly and changes into self mockery.

"Ms.Brown, how have you been?", Adeleen who was talking to Sameul just now has noticed Elisa. Sameul also looks at Elisa, from the looks he looks somewhat disappointed.

Elisa doesn't understand the meaning of his looks.

"Ms.Brown", Adeleen calls who was standing at one place dully.

Elisa doesn't know how to react to this situation, she just walks to the table and sits, " I have been living quiet nicely, How have you been Ms.Gracia?"

"Oh, we have been quite busy as Sameul has decided to move the headquarter of the company to city A", Adeleen speaks looking at Sameul.

"Oh, you two must have been quiet busy then." Elisa looks at both of them,

"Shall we order some dishes?" Looking at the two people Adeleen asks.

"Let's order the dishes", Sameul gives a slight node. Adeleen starts to order the dishes, She orders the dishes which Sameul likes and of her likes, so Sameul didn't order the dish but as he looks at Elisa, her orders the dish of her likes.

Elisa also order the dish for herself.

As they finished eating, Sameul takes the responsibility to take both of them home.

Adeleen also goes to Sameul's house as she have to take some important files.

Three of them got into the lift, "I didn't know that the two of you live in the same building", Adeleen sounds surprised as she speaks

"I also didn't know, I just got to knew this some days ago",Elisa responses to Adeleen.

"I will leave first, Ms.Gracia, Mr.Miller" Elisa strides outside the lift as the lift's door open in the third floor.

"Let's see each other again", Adeleen waved her hand at Elisa.

"Sure" replies Elisa as she looks at Sameul and Adeleen. The lift door closes and the smile on Elisa's face disappears.

"What were you expecting?" Elisa asks herself in her heart.

Elisa was taking shower while her phone was ringing continuously, James has called her more than five times in a row, so she thought it might be because of some emergency situation in office .So, she immediately call backs him.

In another apartment, Adeleen and Sameul are talking about the matters of the company. Sameul gives the files to Adeleen."So, how did the two of you endup going to dinner together?" Adeleen asks Sameul as she lays her back on the couch like she has been very tired lately and looks at the ceiling.

"I asked her out for dinner" Sameul replies casually.

Standing up from the couch, "Really?" Adeleen asks as if she didn't believe in his words.

She has just started walking suddenly her foot twisted inward,"Ooouch."

She was about to fall but Sameul grabed her arm and pulled her towards his chest ,so she didn't fall .Sameul puts heron the couch and looks at her feet, the skin of her feet has turned red. She couldn't even bear a slight touc in her feet.
