Marina's Nightmare unfolds
UNDER THE SEA.
Ever since the sad news of Marina's departure, the entire kingdom hasn't been themselves. They were scared the king would turn dark again like when the queen died before her time. He has been truly sad and gloomy and it made him look older than his age. Jasmine had been Keeping an eye on king Euphorion, deep down he was sad that his daughter had grown up and left the seas but then he became happy again like nothing ever happened, it was the news of her pregnancy that him joyful. He even threw a feast underwater making the merfolk wonder what was making the king so merry.
Jasmine wasn't happy about it. First of all, she couldn't get the love of the people and their trust because they knew Marina loved them and wouldn't turn her back on them if she wasn't involved, she also was hated by the aged ones because she came from the blood line of the rebellious sorcerer, they avoided her yet respected her because of the blood of the king she carried. The king has always lived to regret having a daughter like jasmine, she's a snake instead of a mermaid, dangerous, poisonous, manipulative and deceptive.
Jasmine has been going to the secrets dark realm of sea monsters to gain their trust and promised to bring them all that were banished from Serenia kingdom back Into it to dominate the entire kingdom. They bowed to her and waited for her command to come back. She's driven by anger and envy, and her hatred towards Marina, she harassed the merfolk and abused the power from the crystal and swallowed all the evil essense of it, she does what she pleases "who cares after all? All I need is the support of the merfolk and after I'm made the queen then I'll punish everyone that didn't know me as the ruler before, I'll claim the world authority and live forever.
She follows her father everywhere he goes and noticed him entering his court room, she hides behind a pillar where she listens to what he says.
"I met with my child, Marina on land and discovered she gained a celestial soul, making her a after life entity. She's also with child, she's pregnant and might soon give birth, we all know she was manipulated to go so early! But the god's haven't given permission for Jasmine's punishment, when she has her child and has weaned her after 6 moons if he or she's a merchild, the child will be brought to the seas to take over the power of Serenia." He stated.
All the people in the meeting were happy about it except for one who has been manipulated by jasmine, but he couldn't speak since the king's mind was made up already, and the majority carried the vote. "So this is why he didn't announce me as his new heir yet!" She swam off angrily to her uncle's hideout. "She's even pregnant, and has a soul and she's happy! I thought it was said that humans were bad monsters and she ought to have run back to the sea for me to kill her! I've got a plan! She will never be happy as long as I live, by the power of the waters."
SOME MONTHS LATER.
"Help!?!!" Marina called out as she felt herself falling into a black hole. She felt like she was deep underwater, the environment was different, familiar but smells sinister. She thought so much in her head as she looked around and saw nothing. Then her Father's voice echoed in her head. He sounded alerted and scared.
"My daughter! Don't come closer, go far away from here, where no serenian mermaid will find you! Desert anywhere! Your life is in danger! Don't come to pay your last respect to me! I free you, your child needs protection, your sister is after you! Swim away as fast as you can! I can't protect you anymore! Now Go! Go! Go!" He alerted!
Marina swam as fast as she could then she stopped. "Why is father there in such a dark place! Was he Trapped, I need to save him." She swam back into the black hole but didn't find her father all she saw was blood. A hand grabbed her from behind and another hand was placed on her stomach like the child will be pulled out of her womb! "No! My baby! Pleased let me go! Who are you?" In a matter of Seconds, a forceful blow was thrown at her belly bump. Marina yelped in pain and fell into a giant clam shell, it closed up trapping her inside.
"You cant steal my happiness and live a happy life. Enjoy your stay there! FOREVER!!" Jasmine locked up the clamshell and swam away! And sealed the cave with a dark spell, the black hole was an under water cave afterall. "No! She let me go! Please I beg you" Marina cried as she opened her dazzling eyes. She was dreaming afterall! Albert was worried about her frequent bad dreams but doctors said it's pregnancy hormones hallucinations. "Papa is dead! My father has been killed! Oh no!" She held her head as her body was shaking she stood to her feets heavily pregnant and walked to her wardrobe to see the pearl, it had turned black and cracked up! Marina fell to the fall and wept so hard. She wept for hours on her knees, it was true all along! Albert comforted her from behind! "Jasmine killed my father,! What would she gain from this wickedness! I need to protect my baby" she cried.
Albert was speechless. He just held her and carressed her hair! "You need to be strong, crying till tomorrow can't bring back the dead. King Euphorion won't be happy seeing you like this. You need to be strong for our child and protect it at all cost! I'll protect you my love!" He comforted her, she stood up and started packing her things that midnight, they were living close to the beach. It's easy for Jasmine for track them down! "This is so sudden and confusing but if it has to do with our child and your safety! Then I'm in!"
They loaded their cars with luggages that midnight and took Lina with them. She can't live alone without marina her best friend! She was an orphan and the only one who could take care of her was Marina and her husband! Madam Rhoda blocked Albert and questioned his movements. "Where do you think you are going to this midnight! Are you crazy? (Then to Marina) What do you think you are doing? Marrying my son is not enough? Now you want to steal him away completely? You crept out of nowhere with no trails or origin and you want to take him away and never come back?" Albert came in and stopped his mom, fresh tears flooded Marina's cheeks, she has been enduring madam Rhoda for so long. It hurts that the only woman she saw as a mother's figure despised her so much!
"Mother that's enough! I won't have you talked to my wife like that, if you still ever want to see me again, you need to treat her better! What has she ever done to you? Anyways I'll give you a call when i arrive at my destination!" He said and help his wife into the car and drove off leaving the old lady in shock!
