Chapter 634: A Turn of Events
The next morning, Charlotte Cooper woke up, washed and brushed, and Henry Russell came over to call her for breakfast. Charlotte was in high spirits because Harold Nixon was willing to help.
Henry Russell saw that Charlotte had been cheerful since she came downstairs, and he couldn't help but laugh. Indeed, she was still like a child.
"Charlotte, after breakfast, let's go upstairs and rest. Then we'll go out in the afternoon."
"Okay! Sure!" Charlotte chewed on her food, looking like a large hamster eating. With this image in mind, Henry burst into laughter.
"Huh? Henry, what's the matter?" Charlotte looked at Henry Russell with a puzzled face, wondering why he suddenly acted weird.'
"Nothing, nothing." Henry thought that if he told Charlotte that he thought she looked like a hamster, he probably wouldn't have to eat at all.
