Lucas Carter smiled and gestured politely, "As a law-abiding citizen, I will, of course, cooperate. Please."
The officer's serious expression finally softened, allowing the search to proceed.
Lucas looked at Henry Russell inside his car not far away and asked with a smile, "Mr. Russell, you came here in person. Are you very interested in my company?"
Henry looked at him coldly and got out of the car.
"Would you like to take a tour inside? I don't mind," Lucas said with a smile.
"No need, I trust the police's ability to handle this."
Lucas looked at Henry's mysterious smile, trusting the police's ability? Unfortunately, he underestimated his own abilities.
The night breeze blew through Henry's messy hair. He looked at the building in front of him, his lips pursed. There was no news from the officers searching the building, and he knew this was most likely a fruitless endeavor.
Although he already knew the answer, he still stayed, thinking there might be a clue.
