My One and Only Forever

"Are you ready?" Tian Zi asked, pulling up on the parking area of the Mo estate as they arrived. They didn't get out yet as they held hands and looked at each other's eyes lovingly.

"Y-Yeah..." Fyre replied nervously as a hint of pink hue already made its way to his cheeks. Since Fyre had fair skin, Tian Zi was quick to notice the shade and found it adorable as always that he couldn't hold back himself as he leaned forward and kissed the soft surface. Fyre was no longer surprised so instead of pulling away and avoiding the affection, Fyre closed his eyes instinctively until he felt the kiss drop down to his lips, forcing his mouth to open.

"Hmmnn," Fyre moaned, gripping on Tian Zi's arm as they gasped. For some reason, even though Fyre had been to the estate so many times, knowing that he's coming today as Tian Zi's lover made him so nervous that he was actually glad the kiss eased his nerves a little.

"You're so fucking adorable..." Tian Zi commented, as soon as their lips separated. Fyre was so soft and small against his arms, his lips tasted so sweet, he smelled so good, and not to mention the way he moaned, Tian Zi loved all of it to the point that he almost forgot the main reason they were at his parent's house in the first place. The desire to just stay with Fyre in the car and continue making out was so strong, he had to mentally remind himself of his priorities.

"Idiot! D-Don't say something so embarrassing!" Fyre whined, hiding his face as it turned bright red. He was never the pretty or adorable type, his looks were only normal among Omegas so as someone like Tian Zi who's surrounded by so many attractive people, there's was no way the Alpha would notice his features but for the past days, he's been called adorable, cute, beautiful, lovely, etc., that Fyre just couldn't get used to it, however, at the same time loved hearing the compliments. Well, who wouldn't?! Everyone wants to be called pretty or handsome once in a while. He's no different, especially when it comes from the person you love.

"I'm sorry but you really are so adorable," Tian Zi said again and chuckled before locking his hand with Fyre. "Anyway, are you still nervous? You can take as much time as you want," Tian Zi added worriedly, his free hand reaching out Fyre's cheeks and caressed it softly. Fyre may not find himself beautiful but for him, he was far more attractive than anyone else he had seen. He loved everything about Fyre; from his long straight lashes that droop down to curtain his light brown eyes, to his soft pinkish lips, down to his adorable soft pink inverted nipples, his narrow waist, and finally to his tiny feet... just everything! There are too many things that had to be enumerated, not just physically but also his explosive personality and character.

"Hmm, I am. Thank you..." Fyre smiled, feeling touched by the consideration. He briefly took a deep breath before he squeezed Tian Zi's hand. "Let's go?? I'm ready." Fyre finally suggested, making Tian Zi smile as well but instead of nodding, he suddenly reached out to the car's compartment and pulled out a small box. When Fyre saw it, he was quick to gasp in shock because from how the box looked, it was clear what the Alpha was about to do.

"Z-Zi... What's this about?" Fyre asked in disbelief. Of course, he didn't want to assume anything but there's only one thing that could fit inside the box, and that definitely not a necklace, or a watch.

"I went and picked this up today for you. I know I'm being too fast at this point but I just want you to know that I'm serious about spending the rest of my life with you. Of course, I know you won't want to be tied down so soon so this is just a promise from me to you," Tian Zi conveyed, looking directly at Fyre as he slowly revealed a beautiful rose gold diamond ring. The almond-shaped center stone wasn't too big so it's wearable but because it has a couple of diamond side stones and looked well made, Fyre did not believe it wasn't an expensive ring.

"I've requested our initials to be engraved on it and a message," Tian Zi said again. There was a slight blush on his cheeks and Fyre could see how nervous he was. Of course, he too! In fact, his breathing had stopped since the moment he saw the box that he had to pinch himself to start breathing again. In the first place, he didn't even know if this was just a promise ring or an engagement ring because although this wasn't a proposal, the Alpha was already talking about tying down, which means getting married.

"Can you put it on me?" Extending his left hand, Fyre requested chewing on his lips. On the other hand, when Tian Zi heard his lover's requests, a smile quickly reached his lips feeling relieved. Truthfully, he didn't even know when was the right time to give the ring to Fyre or if when he gave it, would the Omega accept it. He hasn't done this before and he just thought he'll do it when the moment felt right and if Fyre brushed him off, he would wait for another time. But he didn't expect Fyre to accept it right away when the Omega was so against living with each other.

He thought, yes Fyre loved him but he was definitely not ready for a deeper commitment.

"Sure." Tian Zi replied and quickly put it on Fyre's ring finger as his heart couldn't stop smashing against his ribs especially when he saw how the simple ring he bought fit so perfectly and had become so beautiful on Fyre's hand. He couldn't stop the smile that once again crept its way on his lips. 'With this, I have committed my heart to you,' Tian Zi thought.

"It's beautiful, Zi. What was the message you put in here?" Fyre asked, trying to calm his heart. He didn't want to be so emotional at this heartwarming moment.

"My one and only forever. Actually, I have my pair here as well," Tian Zi softly said, kissing his lover's hand before he took out another box from the compartment. This time, a different ring came into view but anyone could still see the similarities of the rings. Anyone could tell that it was a couple ring. Tian Zi quickly wore it on his ring finger showing it to Fyre, loving that they matched.

Fyre smiled as well especially with the message engraved on the rings but a thought suddenly came into his mind. This is the first time he's receiving a ring so it's only natural that he wanted to know what Tian Zi's intention was. He heard that a promise ring was like a pre-engagement ring or simply a promise that one was going to be faithful to the one the ring has given to but he doesn't believe in that. If Tian Zi wanted to marry him, then he'd have to say it. Besides, it's not like they would marry instantly.

"Mo Tian Zi, does this ring means you want to marry me in the future?" Fyre asked with a serious and hopeful expression despite his heart going insane at the moment to the point that he could hear the loud banging against his ear. Tian Zi was the same, it certainly felt terrifying because it's difficult to know how someone would react to things so when he heard the question, his blush became deeper as he scratched his nape.

"W-Well... yeah but I-I just don't know if you'd want that for now. Y-You didn't want to move in with me and all… But yeah… I will propose to you when you're ready," Tian Zi replied a little flustered. Truthfully, he didn't even understand why there had to be a different ring for everything because his intention was clear. The ring he gave to Fyre just now meant that he wanted the Omega to be the one, meaning he wanted Fyre to be his wife. If not now, then definitely in the future. Of course, when Fyre was ready.

"Well, I didn't say I didn't want to... I just needed a bit more time to prepare myself. I too... want to be with you always." Fyre confessed, blushing. He stared at the ring and it felt like a fantasy but he knew this was real. It's really happening. He's so happy that the smile on his lips never faded. Even if he tried to stop it, it would once again curve into a smile without him realizing it.

"Then... will y-you marry me? I-I mean... it doesn't have to be right away. I can still wait, that's why I thought a promise ring would be more reasonable for now," Tian Zi suddenly blurted out after hearing Fyre's confession. He scratched his nape not knowing what to do, they've been in the car for more than 10 minutes now so everybody must've already known they have arrived.

"I'm so lame, proposing to you here..." Tian Zi added but his words were cut off when Fyre covered his mouth. Tian Zi looked at Fyre to see that both of them were red and clearly didn't know what to do at this point. There was an awkward silence between them but that was brief as Fyre began to talk again.

"You're so lame but my answer is yes... You really didn't have to say anything else. You just ruined my moment," Fyre complained.

"Really?!" Tian Zi asked in shock. Again, he did not expect such smooth and speedy progress.

"Yeah... we can get married next year," Fyre suggested which made Tian Zi even more surprised. As for Fyre, he had never felt so sure in his life. For him, finding someone who loved him for who he is was like a once in a lifetime chance. Tian Zi had been his enemy, his friend, and now lover. There had been so many times where Tian Zi could choose to hurt and break him but he cherished and protected him above anyone else without asking anything in return so it's natural he'd want him to be his husband too. The idea didn't sound so bad at all because the thought of him being with someone else, didn't feel right at all. He'd honestly rather die than do it.

"You're not taking that back, right? Even when you're angry or upset with me?" Tian Zi asked with a serious expression. No doubt he was currently beyond happy as if he won the nobel prize but he had to make sure.

"Stupid! Of course not!" Fyre pouted before grabbing the Alpha by his collar, pulling him close so they could kiss again. Tian Zi was once again shocked, this was the first time Fyre initiated a kiss and it tasted so sweet to the point he's become addicted to it. Unfortunately, the Omega was weak against stimulation so when he felt that Fyre was about to pull away, he immediately held his cheeks gasping at the lovely scent before he deepened their kiss. If not only because there are people waiting for them, he would have licked and sucked on Fyre's body.

Tian Zi had read it before but he didn't really believe it until recently. The fact that he bonded with Fyre, maybe that was true. Ever since the first time they had made love, his emotions towards the Omega had become even more intense that if he didn't let it out, his heart would feel like it's about to burst. Tian Zi had always been the most concern of Fyre, he's also been well aware of his out of place possessiveness, but days without seeing the Omega was fine before but after that night whenever Fyre was away even for an hour, he would become so anxious and before he knew it he was craving for the Omega's presence.

"God, I love you so much..." Tian Zi whispered. The scent he avoided before had become something he kept on looking for. He didn't know how but he could now tell Fyre's scent from the other.
